Our spring broke on the main garage door. Precision was fast in getting someone to our house on our schedule to get it fixed. He even found some frayed cables which could have been another problem and fixed them as well as the spring same day. I would recommend them to anyone needing garage door repair.

Richard came promptly when we booked online for problems with our garage door track. He spotted the problem right away but also did a thorough check of everything else. Within a few minutes we had an estimate with options. Once we made a decision (we took a good while), he did the work right away, same day, replacing the motor and track, setting us up with remotes, keypad, control pad, wi-fi access to the camera, etc. The whole experience was professional, very timely, helpful, and impressive. One visit, problems solved! London was absolutely fantastic, and very knowledgeable! He diagnosed the problem and answered all of my questions. My garage door would not raise due to the awful condition of the spring. After he replaced the spring, the door not only raises but the motion is smoother, no longer noisy, much lighter, and will remain open on its own when the emergency lever is released (not the case before). I'm so glad I contacted Precision, this was an excellent service! Thanks London!

London worked really hard to replace my 30-year-old garage door opener that had stopped working for me. He even worked with me to help stay within my budget- he also worked late, he went out for extra parts, and he said several times that if he was going to do something, he was going to do it right. He did a great job. I only got 1 of my 2 garage doors replaced today but I would be happy to hire London again to replace my second door when I'm ready.

I choose Precision due to free estimates. The technician started to suggest a complex procedure but stopped and listened and looked at what I explained happened. This resulted in a reasonable repair. I was very happy with the entire experience.

Daray Ferguson of Precision was simply "outstanding" in repairing our garage door where it was making loud noises when opening. Instead of paying thousands of dollars for a new door, Daray's superior knowledge and expertise was able to re-stabilize and repair the door back to it's original (quiet) condition. His customer service and incredible knowledge of the door structure is un-matched in the industry and will be recommended to my community neighbors. London was so nice and helpful. I had a new Garage Door opener installed last week by "Pro-Lift". It was so loud and grinding. I called them back. They came out and said "Chain Openers" make noise. The chain drive they replaced was much quieter than my older Chain Drive and it was quieter. Even London immediately knew it should not make that terrible noise. It cost me 900 bucks which I'm out. He replaced it with a quieter opener. I'm not sure what type of opener he installed but it was not a Belt Driven because he placed it in the center of the garage door. It sure sounds so much better. Richard was incredibly friendly & professional. He thoroughly explained everything prior to doing the the work. He clearly cared that we were comfortable with the work that was going to be performed. He replaced 2 garage door springs, spring bearings, some worn out rollers, bottom rubber weather stripping & lubricated both systems. He was right on time. The company was professional & easy to work with. We would definitely recommend them for any garage door problems.
