Spring broke at 1630 on Friday. No answer on the other 24/7 service providers. Precision answered immediately. Made an appointment for next day for 1600-2000. Could not believe it. A rarity in todays world. Dean was here at 1630 and completed the job after 1800. He wasvery professional, explained what needed to be done and what should be done to prevent further problems. I was delighted - I had been trapped..no car. I now know who to call whenever I have a garage door problem. I am very pleased!

I was somewhat disappointed because the technician did not come as scheduled. When I called I found out he thought I was scheduled for the afternoon instead of the morning. However, he was very courteous and professional. He solved my problem easily and quickly.

I first called on Memorial Day because I could not get my garage door to close. The person answering the phone was helpful and set up an appointment for me with the first available technician. I eventually figured out I could use the emergency pull on the garage door and got my door shut. So I called back and cancelled the call. The person again answering the phone was very polite and cancelled my appointment with no questions asked. I did call back a couple days later thinking my door still needed to be fixed. I called, got an appointment set up with another very friendly person that was answering the phones. The day of my appointment I got a call from my technician asking if he could come earlier. It worked out that I was able to make that work. He was timely, courteous, listened to what my issue was and my concerns. At the end of our discussion I decided to get new doors and openers since only 1 of my garage doors was even hooked up to an opener. Technician was very through in letting me know what my options were. Looking forward to a long relationship with this company. Thank you for being a 24/7 service company that I believe I can count on.

I had springs, cables, and pulleys changed out. After repair was done, I noticed that the parts were more than doubled in price. My repair bill was extremely high for the work done. Technician did good work, but precision allows for this price gouging on parts. I am not happy with this company!

We were having trouble with our sensor eye being blinded by the morning sun and had also noticed that the door would have trouble closing at times even later in the day. I called and was quickly scheduled for a technician visit. Landon gave us several options for repair and we ultimately decided that it would just be best to update our opener. He was very thorough and installed the new opener quickly. He cleaned up and explained all of the features and how to set the code on the keypad. Overall, a great experience.

Installation of new garage door opener went well. The door is now going up and down easily and is very quiet. The only down side is we were given two openers and one is not working and we have had it less than a month.
