We have one double car garage and a shop with one garage door. Our remote(s) have 3 door options but only 2 were working. Then one the doors on the car garage stopped opening so I set up an appointment with Precision and am so happy I did. Technician, A Zuniga arrived in the pouring rain and had all issues addressed in less than 20 min. He's a rock star as far as I'm concerned - professional, courteous, kind, listened and answered all questions plus gave excellent suggestions on how to keep the Liftmasters healthy for years of service. All at an excellent price. I (we) are so pleased with this company and the employees we spoke with. Highly recommended!

I came home to a garage that wouldn’t open. I contacted Precision based on their high customer satisfaction ratings. I told the call-taker I could wait until Monday but they informed me there was no extra charge for weekend repairs. I was scheduled for 2-6pm the following day but the technician called and told me he could be there by 12:15pm. London B arrived, assured me the repair would be completed right away, and started to work. He finished replacing the springs and bearings, took pictures of the repairs, and we took care of the payment. He did a great job and I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service based on my experience.

Overall the visit went well and our garage door is now functional. However, what I have an issue with is quoting one price and giving the go ahead then AFTER the service is complete give a total of 300 more than the quote. It's shady because at that point the work is already done so you don't feel you have a choice but to pay it. I do not think that is right at all.

I was so happy with the service you provided. My door broke on Thursday and I immediately used your online scheduling. You were available and came on Saturday afternoon and fixed it. Dean was the technician. He did an excellent job identifying and telling me about the problem and then describing the repair options and estimates. During the same visit, he was able to make the repairs, and the door is working normally again! I am completely satisfied because of the ease of scheduling, because Dean showed up on time as scheduled, and because about 48 hours after the door broke, the repair had been completed. And pricing was reasonable. Excellent job! I am so glad I contacted your company.

Great meeting today with the technician! Needed a quote on full replacements for when I get a HELOC in the Spring for the multiple projects I have to complete. Antonio was able to walk me through the options and show me what he could do with my needs and give me a great quote of what i am to expect. Will definitely use Precision next year!

This company is a mess. Called for an estimate and they gave me a 4 hour window. Asked for 30 minute called, and she said 8 to noon. Then the guy comes out. Did not know how to do an estimate, had to call the office. He then used my ladder without asking and then borrowed my tape measure. He then sent me an estimate for $0.00. I waited a week and then called the number. They said they didn't have one. They would have the tech who didn't know how to fill it out, do it again. Past performance is an indicator of future performance. Do I want them back at my house, probably not.

London B the service tech was courteous, quick and from what I could tell did good work in replacing the broken spring and replaced rollers, bearings, etc. I would have given 5 stars but I didn't receive the paid invoice & had to chat with & call Precision to get it sent to me the next day. Also I believe the service was too expensive based on the install time & the parts purchased.

I just want to give a huge shout out to this company!! All the other companies were texting me, but they called and offered a free estimate. Within 3 hours Jake T. Showed up!! Super great person!! He was very professional, easy to understand and I felt really good about the price. 1 hour later he had me fixed up and my garage was closing. Not only closing, but closing quietly!! Dean my service tech from Precision Door arrived right on time. Performed a 25-point safety check and confirmed my springs needed to be replaced and a couple of the wheels on the door needed to be replaced. Dean was able to provide a quote for the safest and most reliable path forward for replacing the springs and the wheels. Once reviewed I agreed to replace the springs and wheels along with the opener. Dean was able to replace all of these items it a timely manner and was beyond professional. Precision door has a customer for life thanks to Deans amazing skill set and professionalism.

We called Precision because we thought we had a serious problem. They were able to come out soon after my call.
