I have used this company before and 2as pleased with their company. I hit my garage door Wed and feared I had broken it beyond repair. Our service man, 2as k8nd and very knowledgeable, fixed the door within an hour of arrival. Couldn't be happier. Great service and a great fair price.

Cameron did great work and was polite & efficient but the pricing was a little high and not very transparent. I was also over-charged on my payment by $15 after the coupon wasn’t honored. Invoice says $1035, bank hit was $1050.

This was a horrible experience. I am old never use this company. They were supposed to install my garage door 7 dats ago but the DAY OF the install had to bump it to the next day. Then on that day (Friday) they had to bump it to Monday. No one showed up. No one called. I called the next day and the next. Today (7 days later) I finally got ahold of someone who said the door was special order and they didn’t have one in stock. I’m supposed to be putting this house on the market tomorrow which will now be completely delayed as I try to find another garage door company with better customer service and who’s honest about why they’re not actually showing up to do the job

I called for a simple repair on new garage doors that were already installed and working. I just needed them aligned to make them operate a little smoother. They tried to sell me an entirely new garage door system since the repair would cost almost as much as a new system. I called another repair person on the marketplace who was able to fix it perfectly at a minimal cost.

I cannot possibly say enough good things about your technician, Cameron O'Malley. He was so professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He told me that he was a perfectionist, and it was definitely true. He explained everything so clearly, and went over all of the options with me. I felt that he had my best interests at heart. I thoroughly enjoyed learning about him and his beautiful young family. He left the work area spotless. Perhaps he told you, but the day before we had received a bid from one of your competitors. The young technician was nice, but not nearly as professional and knowledgeable. The difference between this company and your company is night and day! Cameron is such an incredible representative for your company, and it made me feel that our country is in very good hands with young people like Cameron! I am so impressed by your company. Thanks again.

We had a wonderful experience! Cameron assessed the problem we had with our garage door opener and provided us with a range of options. We chose to replace two garage doors and Cameron went right to work. He was extremely respectful, kind, polite, and incredibly hardworking. He was very conscientious wanting to make sure the job was done right. It was obvious that he takes pride in his work. We couldn’t have been more pleased with the service. Highly recommend!

Had to have sensors on my garage door opener replaced. One of my sensors failed, so I had to manually raise and lower the door. I called Precision on a Friday and scheduled a tech for Saturday. My tech, London, was earlier than scheduled. He called before arriving and got me fixed up in about 20 minutes. Friendly, competent, and efficient.

I had springs, cables, and pulleys changed out. After repair was done, I noticed that the parts were more than doubled in price. My repair bill was extremely high for the work done. Technician did good work, but precision allows for this price gouging on parts. I am not happy with this company!

We were having trouble with our sensor eye being blinded by the morning sun and had also noticed that the door would have trouble closing at times even later in the day. I called and was quickly scheduled for a technician visit. Landon gave us several options for repair and we ultimately decided that it would just be best to update our opener. He was very thorough and installed the new opener quickly. He cleaned up and explained all of the features and how to set the code on the keypad. Overall, a great experience.

There was no service performed, just an estimate for installing two new garage doors. The technician was polite, knowledgeable, and he gave clear explanations of the options. In the end, he provided three estimates for three different doors at what I consider to be reasonable prices. Overall, it was a very good experience, and there was no sales pressure whatsoever. Exactly was I was looking for.

I was very disappointed in the salesman, Sean Fullerton, who came to my home. The woman with him, Michelle, was pleasant but I wonder if she was only there as a distraction. Sean only brought a one page sheet of pictures/colors. He barely spoke to me. I asked about another color and was told I wouldn't get that. Also asked about torsion springs, was told it wouldn't work when others said it would. When he sent the bid, I asked why it was for a thinner door than the 2" I wanted, he had no response. He stated in the bid he had discussed several issues with me. He did not. He also wrote there might be gap under the door due to uneven concrete. The driveway is brand new! The bid is $1,200 higher the the next highest w/o what I requested. Definitely do not recommend them!!
