Daray the tech called to let me know when he would be arriving. When he arrived he introduced himself, assessed the problem and had the door closing in just a short period of time. Daray also answered a few more questions that I had. I know there are a lot of garage door companies to choose from but I have seen your commercials on TV and like that you work weekends, maintain fully stocked truck, have company vehicle and uniforms that lets people know it is you up on arrival. I will definitely use your company again and recommend you to others. I also plan on getting a service tune up in the early spring. Thanks also to the person that took the initial call and scheduled the appointment and thank you also Daray.

I had been having trouble with my garage door. It wouldn't open and I had seen the commercial for Precision Door Service. Chatted with an agent and got set up for a visit to the house the same day. I was called and advised Brian S. was on his way and I left work to met him. Super nice young man, explained that my 2001 logistic board was out and no parts were available, which I understand at the age of it, advised of the cost and fixed it within an hour the same day. What a relieve. It runs quieter, smaller unit, light even works. Thank you so much. Real relief. They are a five star company.

I Ditched my old garage door service provider due to no response and chose Precision KC after reading a couple reviews. Our vehicles were stuck in the garage with a hung door (severed cable). Daray Ferguson arrived and finished before the close of the previously quoted 4 hour arrival window. To be real, I was purchasing peace of mind, And I had done some corrective work myself since the last company; Daray was quick to identify and explain what was wrong and why. He showed me how he was going to protect my investment in a recently installed garage door opener and he proved it. The cost was more than what I wanted to spend, but the problem was fixed and I feel Precision Door left my garage better off than before the cable snapped.

The technician (Dayan) that came out was great! Two minor complaints. 1) I could tell he was taught to find more things wrong with my garage door to make more money. 2) He was almost 2 hours late. I was told he would be there between 8 am and 12 pm. Not his fault at all. Poor planning by management.

Excellent price and service. My installer, Terry, was very thorough and didn't mind me asking questions during the installation process. Terry arrived on time, did the install, loaded up all the old door panels and related hardware, then proceeded to clean and lubricate the door hardware, as well as, make sure the door was clean as well. Finally, he picked up all the packing material from the new door and made sure my garage was spotless. Very satisfied with Terry's work and the very reasonable price from Precision....almost 50% less than the 3 other bids I obtained. Highly recommend Precision and Terry.

Terry and his partner (sorry, I don't remember his name) came the next day after I called for service. The telephone operator even tried to get me in the same day, however, I didn't want to bump anyone who had already scheduled. I opted to take the next day. Before the repair, everything was explained completely, I was given options, I knew what the total cost was going to be before the work began. Both gentlemen were very professional and the work was done in a timely manner. My thanks to both Terry and his co-worker. I will definitely call Precision again if the need arises. I do have to add this -- even Terry was impressed when I told him about it -- In my two car garage, the door behind my car is the one that wouldn't open--and I was trying to get my granddaughter to work at that moment. The other garage door did open (there was not another car parked in front of it). Long story short, I proceeded to move my car from the one door that wouldn't open to the door that would open! Tedious work indeed, but I prevailed! Anyway, Thanks Terry -- and co-worker!
