Tyler from Precision arrived at 8 am and quickly diagnosed the problem with my garage door. He was punctual. precise, and right-on in his assessment! Within 3 hours he made all of the necessary repairs and was on his way. He replaced the springs, rollers, and pulley system. I was highly impressed. I appreciate that he didn't sugar coat the problem, was very thorough in his work, and finished the job in decent time. I highly recommend Tyler and Precision for your garage door repair needs!

Installer was incredibly fast, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Went ahead and got two new door openers and everything was on hand the job was done same day. Had an idea what the openers would cost by online shopping and considering to do the job myself. I was happy with the what I was charged for the job, especially considering I didn't have to fight it myself or wait for purchases to arrive before I could start. Just couldn't be happier start to finish. One last thing had a 2 hour appointment window opposed to the 4-8 hour window many offer. Installer arrived at the early side of the window.

Richard Leon what’s my tech, he was right on time he got here when he said he was going to be here.. I was expecting to replace my garage door and tracking he looked at my garage door told me it did not need to be replaced and the tracks were great He did suggest replacing the rollers and the bottom seal and I did want a garage door opener. I talked to him about the best option for me and he said what he suggested. I really liked and he performed the service under two hours. RICHARD is an awesome guy. He performed great service. The man was extremely nice and friendly. I do highly recommend!!!!

When I mentioned that to my tech, David and asked if noise would be an issue as it was close to naptime, he said he would try to be quiet. Oh my gosh! It’s Saturday afternoon and the garage door won’t go down. I called the people that my Mom has used in the past. This company has an automated system that was irritating! I decided to try you and actually got to speak with a live person. Dean came ahead of schedule. He called to ask if arriving early was OK. Dean was very professional and explained that he really couldn’t find anything wrong but the current opener was a 1999 model. Everything worked fine until I went to put the door down and it wouldn’t go down. So, we decided to get a new one. Dean had it installed and everything cleaned up in about 90 minutes. Thank you Dean for a job well done!

Your technician, Hunter was very professional, polite and seemed very knowledgeable. I was unable to give you my business for a couple of reasons. First I could not see or touch your product. Second, your price was over 60% higher than the door I like at Home Depot. By the printed specifications I believe the two products are comparable. Not being able to see or touch your product I have to trust your printed specifications. Their warranty on the painted surfaces was quite a bit longer than yours as well.

The technician arrived almost an hour early that scheduled. I am angry with myself for having so easily handed over $700 for a simple garage door repair. I should have done my research prior to the service man’s arrival to know that it only took $100 in parts and 1hr. and 20min. in labor. Granted I authorized the charge prior to the work being done, but it was only after the serviceman’s departure that I realized the fully extent of the vast overcharge. You can be assured that I won’t be making that mistake again as Precision will NOT be called to my residence in the future.
