We're thrilled with Nick, his work, and his representation of Precision Door. He let us know all of our options up front. He was on time for his initial appointment Wednesday and also Friday for the installation. He explained everything and made sure all was understood before he left. This is such a HUGE difference than our experience with Garage Door Services - those folks are thieves and scammers. Stick with Precision - these folks will do you right!

Rich L was awesome. He was right on time, did a thorough assessment of both doors, provided me a range of options, and installed a new opener and serviced both doors in an amazingly short period of time. And all of this late on Saturday afternoon. I’m so happy with my ew opener that I’m seriously considering side ring inviting him back to replace the other opener, even though it still as life left in it. I would recommend Precision Door to anybody

There is no place to break up my review. Your technician was a great guy, friendly, courteous, and more. He helped us with information not provided on initial sales contacts. There was some disappointment as to "time" delays. We had what I felt was an extended wait time after our "down payment", and even then, had one excuse after another to delay installation. One was damaged panels, and the next was "the wrong panels replaced". I had several contacts and the lady I talked to was very kind and understanding of our needs as to delivery. Overall I am well pleased with your company, any problems it seems would be with your supplier. If I were asked "what can we do to improve our service", it would be that perhaps you need to shop for a supplier who will make you look good... Again, as for your people, I have no complaints, and we are very pleased with the final result.

A few years ago we had a problem with our garage door. We used Precision Garage Door Service for the first time. The technician was Daray Ferguson. He was awesome. He worked in a very efficient manner and took care of our problem. We were very pleased with his work and how professional he was. So, when the garage door started acting up again we called Precision again and asked for Daray. We were not disappointed! He fixed the door in no time. You can count on Precision Garage Door Service to get the job done!!

Our garage door stopped working on a Friday early evening. Precision Overhead Garage Door was here by 8:30am on Saturday. There was not an overtime charge for a Saturday service call. The technician was very polite, respectful, professional and knowledgeable. He repaired the spring and we ended up getting an upgrade that includes a camera and the ability to open and close the door from the app on our phones and keypad. We definitely recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door.

Incredible service! London Benjamin is absolutely brilliant at his trade. London was timely, very professional and a great conversationist. Daray the tech called to let me know when he would be arriving. When he arrived he introduced himself, assessed the problem and had the door closing in just a short period of time. Daray also answered a few more questions that I had. I know there are a lot of garage door companies to choose from but I have seen your commercials on TV and like that you work weekends, maintain fully stocked truck, have company vehicle and uniforms that lets people know it is you up on arrival. I will definitely use your company again and recommend you to others. I also plan on getting a service tune up in the early spring. Thanks also to the person that took the initial call and scheduled the appointment and thank you also Daray.

I had been having trouble with my garage door. It wouldn't open and I had seen the commercial for Precision Door Service. Chatted with an agent and got set up for a visit to the house the same day. I was called and advised Brian S. was on his way and I left work to met him. Super nice young man, explained that my 2001 logistic board was out and no parts were available, which I understand at the age of it, advised of the cost and fixed it within an hour the same day. What a relieve. It runs quieter, smaller unit, light even works. Thank you so much. Real relief. They are a five star company.

I Ditched my old garage door service provider due to no response and chose Precision KC after reading a couple reviews. Our vehicles were stuck in the garage with a hung door (severed cable). Daray Ferguson arrived and finished before the close of the previously quoted 4 hour arrival window. To be real, I was purchasing peace of mind, And I had done some corrective work myself since the last company; Daray was quick to identify and explain what was wrong and why. He showed me how he was going to protect my investment in a recently installed garage door opener and he proved it. The cost was more than what I wanted to spend, but the problem was fixed and I feel Precision Door left my garage better off than before the cable snapped.
