This is the second time we have used Precision Door and they continue to impress! David installed an opener on our 12’ garage door in the shop. He was professional and personable and did a great job with the install. Also the cost was lower than I had expected, so that’s always a plus!! I would highly recommend!

Richard Leon what’s my tech, he was right on time he got here when he said he was going to be here.. I was expecting to replace my garage door and tracking he looked at my garage door told me it did not need to be replaced and the tracks were great He did suggest replacing the rollers and the bottom seal and I did want a garage door opener. I talked to him about the best option for me and he said what he suggested. I really liked and he performed the service under two hours. RICHARD is an awesome guy. He performed great service. The man was extremely nice and friendly. I do highly recommend!!!!

When I mentioned that to my tech, David and asked if noise would be an issue as it was close to naptime, he said he would try to be quiet. Oh my gosh! Not only did he do that, he made the repairs manually!! I so appreciated that…naptime is sacred! Could not have asked for better service!

Our garage door stopped working on a Friday early evening. Precision Overhead Garage Door was here by 8:30am on Saturday. There was not an overtime charge for a Saturday service call. The technician was very polite, respectful, professional and knowledgeable. He repaired the spring and we ended up getting an upgrade that includes a camera and the ability to open and close the door from the app on our phones and keypad. We definitely recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door.

They advertise free installation replacing a broken spring. However, they wanted to charge a re-torque fee. I believe that is part of the install.

Richard, Thank you for taking the time to review our service. We do not charge for installing a spring, nor have we ever. When you buy a spring from us, the price of the spring includes installation. We do however charge a simple labor or rewind fee to set any of your old springs or adjust existing parts. I hope this clears up the confusion...
