He arrived right on time, early in my appointment window, diagnosed and resolved my issue immediately, and then did a preventive maintenance check of the opener, springs, rollers, and track, ensuring that everything was working properly, making a few adjustments here and there to tune the system up. Great job, and great value! I’m a committed Precision Door customer!

Rich L was awesome. He was right on time, did a thorough assessment of both doors, provided me a range of options, and installed a new opener and serviced both doors in an amazingly short period of time. And all of this late on Saturday afternoon. I’m so happy with my ew opener that I’m seriously considering side ring inviting him back to replace the other opener, even though it still as life left in it. I called this morning to have our 15 year old garage opener replaced. I had an appointment later that afternoon. The tech called when he was 30 minutes out. The tech explained in detail the different options I had to to replace my older unit. Within two hours the job was completed and I absolutely love our new garage door opener. It is so much quieter than the older moldel. Thanks Precision you nailed it!!!!!!!

First time customer but it won't be my last! My tech, Devion, was very professional, knowledgeable, and made quick work of my repair. He had to make an adjustment made by a less experienced tech from another garage door company (who shall remain nameless). I would definitely recommend Precision Door for your garage door needs.

Installer was incredibly fast, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Went ahead and got two new door openers and everything was on hand the job was done same day. Had an idea what the openers would cost by online shopping and considering to do the job myself. I was happy with the what I was charged for the job, especially considering I didn't have to fight it myself or wait for purchases to arrive before I could start. Just couldn't be happier start to finish. One last thing had a 2 hour appointment window opposed to the 4-8 hour window many offer. Installer arrived at the early side of the window.
