Installer was incredibly fast, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Went ahead and got two new door openers and everything was on hand the job was done same day. Had an idea what the openers would cost by online shopping and considering to do the job myself. I was happy with the what I was charged for the job, especially considering I didn't have to fight it myself or wait for purchases to arrive before I could start. Just couldn't be happier start to finish. One last thing had a 2 hour appointment window opposed to the 4-8 hour window many offer. Installer arrived at the early side of the window.

He arrived right on time, early in my appointment window, diagnosed and resolved my issue immediately, and then did a preventive maintenance check of the opener, springs, rollers, and track, ensuring that everything was working properly, making a few adjustments here and there to tune the system up. I called this morning to have our 15 year old garage opener replaced. I had an appointment later that afternoon. The tech called when he was 30 minutes out. The tech explained in detail the different options I had to to replace my older unit. Within two hours the job was completed and I absolutely love our new garage door opener. It is so much quieter than the older moldel. Thanks Precision you nailed it!!!!!!!
