Tyler replaced my vertical tracks and brackets, cables, springs, and bottom seal. I couldn't have asked for a better experience -- from scheduling, inspection, installation, testing. My 20 year old door operates like new, thanks to truly outstanding craftsmanship, and I have a five year warranty to back up the installation. I give Precision Overhead Door of Kansas City my highest possible recommendation.

We were hopeful that our belt was going to be the only replacement that was needed. After inspection it was determine that we needed a new unit. Our service technician quoted us a price for the unit and labor and we accepted. His work was honest with what needed to be done and quick to fix. We will definitely recommend Precision Garage Door to others in need of service.

I chose this service because I had used them in the past. Although this experience was not the same as the first. I have a double garage door and it has 2 springs on each side, as it has a pully system. Each time I had them replace 2 springs on my garage door. First time, no issues and he gave me a full inspection sheet on what he saw and replace the 2 outer springs. Second time, it was someone different and there was not a full inspection just the suggestion of changing the rollers. I had him replace the 2 inner springs and he did with two different sizes. Now my garage door has 3 springs of one size and 1 spring is small. I asked him about it and he stated that it would help them last longer. I am not the professional so I let it go. Now every time I look at the springs it does not feel right. If I was to fill out this review the first time around, it would have been a 5 star rating. After the second experience, the rating has dropped.

Richard came promptly when we booked online for problems with our garage door track. He spotted the problem right away but also did a thorough check of everything else. Within a few minutes we had an estimate with options. Once we made a decision (we took a good while), he did the work right away, same day, replacing the motor and track, setting us up with remotes, keypad, control pad, wi-fi access to the camera, etc. The whole experience was professional, very timely, helpful, and impressive. Thank you to Richard and Precision Door! We appreciate the great work and great product!

Daray Ferguson of Precision was simply "outstanding" in repairing our garage door where it was making loud noises when opening. Instead of paying thousands of dollars for a new door, Daray's superior knowledge and expertise was able to re-stabilize and repair the door back to it's original (quiet) condition. His customer service and incredible knowledge of the door structure is un-matched in the industry and will be recommended to my community neighbors. London was so nice and helpful. I had a new Garage Door opener installed last week by "Pro-Lift". It was so loud and grinding. I called them back. They came out and said "Chain Openers" make noise. The chain drive they replaced was much quieter than my older Chain Drive and it was quieter. Even London immediately knew it should not make that terrible noise. It cost me 900 bucks which I'm out. He replaced it with a quieter opener. I'm not sure what type of opener he installed but it was not a Belt Driven because he placed it in the center of the garage door. It sure sounds so much better. Jason D. showed up on a Sunday to repair our "worn out" garage door. He was polite, professional and extremely knowledgeable! Our garage door setup is "unique" to say the least - the coil springs are located at the back of the tracks instead of over the top of the garage door. This required some customized changes to get the door up and operational again. Jason did it! Since he didn't have the unique cables required for the job, he returned the next day to finish the job. Our garage door now opens smoothly and quietly. I highly recommend Precision (and Jason) to get the job done RIGHT!!!

Your man Steve Ray was excellent explaining what I needed to repair my door. He also helped me with a situation on my deck involving the high wind. Just took a few minutes to help me but at my age (87) it was too much for me. An outstanding employee you have. Thanks so much for repairing the door.

Connor did an excellent job in identifying the problem that I was having with my garage door and recommended other items that needed attention and gave me three options from which to choose. I chose the 3 year warrantee option and he performed the work in a timely fashion. This also included new rollers.
