I have had two garage doors repaired by Precision in the last two years. Recently I discovered some of the work was done incorrectly and had my suspicions verified by some other companies. I was looking at $5000 to potentially replace those parts. I called Precision who came out and handled everything as warranty work and for a very modest fee took care of me on the same day. Precision Garage Door Service had installed a new garage door a little over a year ago. They were able use the existing opener. It came time that we needed to replace the door opener. They came out and gave us an estimate and was available to install it at that time. The installation was precision top quality. The new door is so quiet and so much more efficient and with plenty of new features. We are 10 out of 10 pleased! I don’t give out many reviews but chose to do so because of the overall great experience with the company, the staff and installer and the product.

It was good to be able to talk to a real human when I called to schedule repairs. Rich did an excellent job and took time to explain everything well. I was disappointed that it cost more than $1,300 to replace the opener--but that may be in line with everything else in Johnson County.

I requested an estimate, but did not use Precision Garage Door for my repair. I appreciated the free service call and estimate, but discovered that the prices were much higher than other companies. I received an estimate to replace two springs on my garage door, and it seemed high. So I got a second estimate. Feature for feature, the second estimate was 60% less than Precision Garage Door.
