Installer hacked away at the sheetrock on each side of the inside garage to make room for some brackets. Looks like it was done with a hammer and left the pieces of sheetrock laying on the floor and driveway. Like I didn't just pay thousands of dollars. Happy with the door, just thought that was was unprofessional for a the company I thought I picked for a new garage door.

London worked really hard to replace my 30-year-old garage door opener that had stopped working for me. He even worked with me to help stay within my budget- he also worked late, he went out for extra parts, and he said several times that if he was going to do something, he was going to do it right. He did a great job. I only got 1 of my 2 garage doors replaced today but I would be happy to hire London again to replace my second door when I'm ready.

I had a garage door spring break the day before going out of town. So I called and go a same-day appt with 4-6pm arrival. I took off work early to be there. At 5:30pm, I received a call from technician that he did not have time to do the repair that day. I asked about coming the next morning, but he said he was already booked for the day and I'd have to reschedule. The technician still wanted to "accommodate" me by coming by to assess the problem and give a quote. I told him this was not necessary and not to come if he did not have time to replace the spring. This has been quite a frustrating experience, and I will not be a customer of Precision Door.

Service person resolved my problem in 5 mins. He also did an inspection and pointed out an issue with the door seal. I agreed on a replacement which he installed quicly and now my door has zero leaks. Person was professional and meticulous. Would certainly use Precision again.

I had a spring and steel bar break; making it impossible to raise my garage door. This was a real problem considering my van was trapped inside. I immediately got on the internet and googled garage repair places. Precision Door caught my eye because of the no extra charge on weekends and evenings; they also would be out the same day as I called. I further researched and saw they were in good standing with the BBB and an award recipient of Home Advisor. They had five star reviews, as well. Andrew was my technichian. He arrived within the specified time and was personable, cheery, knowledgable, and efficient. He gave me a choice of three different repairs and price ranges. I went with the highest because it took care of what I needed done and even more, but was still in a price range that I felt extremely reasonable. I so appreciate all that Andrew did and his professionalism. I would highly recommend this company to family and friends.

Other than the estimate on ETA, it was all good. They came about 8 ( instead of 6), so glad they worked late to get the opener fixed.
