Installer hacked away at the sheetrock on each side of the inside garage to make room for some brackets. Looks like it was done with a hammer and left the pieces of sheetrock laying on the floor and driveway. Like I didn't just pay thousands of dollars. Happy with the door, just thought that was was unprofessional for a the company I thought I picked for a new garage door.

He explained to me so that I understood what was needed. Richard L was professional and had great customer service. London was very nice. Done a good job. Told me rollers were bad. door 25 yrs old. Probably orig with house, also replaced weatherstrip on door. We would recommend London for any maintenance. He also noticed spring wasn’t installed right , he adjusted that also. Sorry I had pro lift put opener in & replace spring. Very poor service from this co. Precision service man knew what he was doing. Haven’t ever used Precision before today.

Your service technician was on time and very polite and professional. He replaced the broken springs as requested. He advised us that the rollers, cables, ball bearings, etc needed to be replaced also. He checked the third garage door and tightened some screws. We were told when we made the appointment that the charge would be between $225 and &350 including labor. However when he entered the amount in credit card, the charge was $2,049.95. We were not told in advance what the charge for additional parts would be or an invoice before the charge card was entered. He said the work and labor was guaranteed. He was here for 2 hours. The door works well so no complaint there. However even though we didn’t ask, a professional should have given an estimate before additional parts and service were done.

The quote on the phone did not align with the quote from the repair person. The repair person also tried to unconvincingly upsell things like replace shaft bearings and lube everything which I had just stated I had personally lube all parts and checked all hardware. That is when I noticed the broken spring. I had no work done by Precision.
