I did a web search and looked at all websites. I liked what I saw and decided to book an appointment. My garage door opener didn’t raise or lower. My technician was excellent and very knowledgeable. He went over all that needed done. The garage door is original to the house (70yo). So I decided to replace the entire system. I just bought the house in September and have replaced most of appliances. I’m also getting new windows and having the ne garage system complete the needed repairs. Again the technician was fabulous. Trusted him completely.

The technician, David Coffman, called ahead to notify me of arrival time. After checking out the existing garage door opening setup, he explained the options. Once a decision was made to update the entire set up (which was about 7-8 years old), he left to get the necessary equipment and, upon his return, worked quickly and efficiently to get the work done.

I purchased my new Garage Door seven years ago from Precision and was extremely satisfied with the service that was done by a young man named Daray Ferguson. Last week I started hearing a beeping sound that appeared to be coming from the motor part at the garage door opener. I called Precision on a Friday end of day and they sent me out a serviceman within 24 hours of the call, I couldn’t believe it when Daray Ferguson showed up to work on this service call!! he immediately diagnosed my issue and had me a new battery within five minutes. I cannot give enough gold stars to this company, and especially to this particular employee who has the most excellent customer service skills!! FYI: Your categories listed below did not allow me to choose exactly what my service call was.

London was very nice. Done a good job. Told me rollers were bad. door 25 yrs old. Probably orig with house, also replaced weatherstrip on door. We would recommend London for any maintenance. He also noticed spring wasn’t installed right , he adjusted that also. Sorry I had pro lift put opener in & replace spring. Very poor service from this co. Precision service man knew what he was doing. Haven’t ever used Precision before today.

Your service technician was on time and very polite and professional. He replaced the broken springs as requested. He advised us that the rollers, cables, ball bearings, etc needed to be replaced also. He checked the third garage door and tightened some screws. We were told when we made the appointment that the charge would be between $225 and &350 including labor. However when he entered the amount in credit card, the charge was $2,049.95. We were not told in advance what the charge for additional parts would be or an invoice before the charge card was entered. He said the work and labor was guaranteed. He was here for 2 hours. The door works well so no complaint there. However even though we didn’t ask, a professional should have given an estimate before additional parts and service were done.

The installation tech, Jake, was prompt, personible and Jake took the time to explain all the options available to fix the broken spring. When I get the third garage cleaned, I will be contacting Precision for a new opener. Thanks so much!

We discovered a problem with our garage door opener during the very cold weather. We heard about Precision Garage Door Services in a TV ad & gave them a call. The tech was here within 2 hours. He diagnosed the problem and on his recommendation, we had him replace the garage door springs and opener. He added an exterior key pad, also and helped us download the app to access it remotely. We are very satisfied with all of his work and feel that he helped us ward off potential new problems. Diane L.

Little mix up with scheduling between office and technician is only reason for four stars otherwise five stars for service of tech. Very knowledgeable and nice personality.
