I was told by the salesman that installing a new door that my gab at the bottom of door and the cement would be covered but I still have a gab. He said the bottom sweep would cover it but the installer said it would not work and it didn't.

The person answering my call was very polite and helpful. I chose Precision because they are local and I had heard good things about them. Conner Karl, the person who came to look at and repair the garage door was very helpful, observed the situation, provided an estimate of the cost of repair. Once I approved this, he went straight to work, completed the task, ask for me to check out the function of the garage door, then asked if I had any questions. He is a Very professional and pleasant person. I asked for his business card and said I would definitely recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door Service and him especially. I was completely satisfied with the repair job Connor Karl did on our overhead garage door. He came with a confident attitude (I wasn't so confident), and he was very professional. I had escalated the repair in my mind so that it would take several men and several days to resolve the problem. It took him 2 hours with no help to rehab the door to a perfect working condition and the bill was (I thought) very reasonable. Thank you, Connor!!

I chose precision because they were local and there was a sales representative that came out the same day. He was courteous and very knowledgeable giving three option after talking with me. I have used this company both personally and have referred them to clients through my real estate business and have been completely satisfied. They show up when they say they will, they do what they are asked to do and are good at giving the customer details on what is needed for the repair and why. They also educate people on what may be needed down the road vs overselling things that are not necessary. I highly recommend this company.

I had to replace my garage doors for the first time and I chose this company and it was worth every penny. From the estimate to the install these guys were phenomenal. I approved the estimate yesterday and they finished the install today. They worked tirelessly on a snow day to make sure the install was perfect in the freezing cold. They were professional in all regards. If you need new garage doors call this company. I am so glad that I did. They took care of my family like they were their own. Hard to find that kind of customer service!
