Love our new garage door opener, it is so quiet! Juanel came out to trouble shoot our opener, he informed us that it was time to consider a new one. I never felt pressured to purchase on the spot, but was happy to know that he had the time and equipment on site to get a new opener up and running. He was kind and so very curtious, I would highly recommend him to everyone!

Devion came to repair our garage door on Monday. He first inspected the door and tracks. He was very professional and explained everything so even I could understand. We asked him to just fix the broken spring knowing that in a couple of years we will need to replace both garage doors. Thank you very much for your excellent service! Ann Clemmons

dear sir I normally don't fill out the questionnaires but the service that I received from your technician goes far beyond outstanding the young technician Terry who replaced the springs on my garage door was courteous informative and also went the extra mile by lubricating my other garage door and adjusting the track so the door fit tighter yes I would definitely choose you again.

The lead guy was rude. Gets there at 4:30 and says - do you have coffee? My husband made a pot and then he asked for cream and sugar. Really? He couldn't have stopped at QT? He got snippy when the email receipt didn't come they the first time he tried it and he had to retype everything. The guy with him was very polite.

I sorry for your experience and i spoke to the tech. since something didn't sound right. After they arrived your husband asked it they would like a beverage and he said sure if you got coffee! ( being cold outside ) Our company has gone paperless for the most part and this new technology can be a little frustrating he meant no disrespect towards you and only his discomfort with his new ipad.
