Precision is the best! They came out and installed nylon rollers on our garage doors (BTW get them! Your door will be MUCH quieter). The technician was amazing and kept me informed of his recommendations once he did an inspection. The quality of the work was what you should expect from professionals! Oh, and the company that has a lot of “overhead” that came out and forgot to put the rollers on? I found my new garage door company and they’re called Precision!

Dean did a good job, was professional and got the job done quickly. The only problem I have is the ridiculous price your company charges for a door opener. I only agreed to it for my own convenience and wanting to have it taken care of quickly so it was my decision to go ahead and pay a ridiculous price because it was not a hardship for me to do so. But I feel for the people out there that don't really have the financial means and need this service and they get gouged for an opener that can be purchased for half the price. The markup your company puts on your openers is nothing but greed. You could still make a decent profit on the sale of the opener without doubling the cost. If I have the opportunity to give anyone else advice who is needing a garage door opener I would tell them to go purchase the opener elsewhere and have you guys install it. I have no problem paying for the labor but I see no way you can justify what you charge for the opener.

Good Morning, Ref invoice 04788844 Steve done his job well seams to be new at this, my complaint was the help that he spent 20 minutes on the phone was worthless. In diagnosing the problem of not only why the door would open in the middle of the night and when it tried to close the limit switch would not let it. I ran a continuity test on the eyes and that check out, leads me to think motherboard. 390.00 dollars for one hour labor no parts less 20 min on the phone seams to be high only compared to the swimming pool repair business in phoenix that i owned. But the bill is paid, so mi will not be using precision door again Thanks that is just a newcomer thoughts forget these computer billing that ever blank filled in with a charge Gary

The tech explained the issue very clearly, and laid out my options. The work was completed in the time quoted. The cost of the job was clearly stated up front, so there were no surprises. Also the tech showed up on time. After the work was done, the tech walked me through what was done and what maintenance should be done to extend the life of the door. Tech Andrew diagnosed my 20 year-old opener (Sears Roebuck) problem; he had a replacement part (circuit board) and as I watched, he replaced the old part and that fixed the problem. 2 weeks later, another problem an adjustment arm nut fell off (unbeknownst to me) and Andrew returned and had the problem fixed in less than a minute. No charge for the return trip. I couldn’t be happier.

Your serviceman was suppose to show between 4 to 8 pm on Saturday. No one showed . This caused me to get another company to do my repair. Because of this I cannot recommend your company to other people.
