Scheduling the appointment took less than 5 min. They have a 4hour appt window and the tech was here within the first hour of that window. He was very respectful, explaining things in a way that I could understand. They had everything on hand and could start work immediately after we discussed the quote. They were done very fast and I got a tutorial on how to use the new equipment. Pricing was very good as well. A great experience. Thank you so much!

I used Precision a couple of years ago and was completely satisfied so when I needed more work done I called Precision and wow was I impressed. They set up an appointment for that afternoon and showed up right on time. The technician Daray Ferguson was fantastic. He was polite,courteous, friendly and very professional. The technician that came out to repair my garage door was courteous, professional and very knowledgable and informative about what the problem was with my door. He explained what caused the problem and informed me of the condition on all the other components of the door. They reponded within a couple of hours after calling them and I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service and will use them again myself when needed in the future.
