Jake was great, he came out and explained what Precision Garage Door Service had to offer for our garage and we decided to go ahead and purchase the door openers offered. He got to work right away - no wait on a schedule! He was fast and thorough. Jake has a great personality on the job and is an asset to the company. The doors open and close as they should, no complaints.

We have two doors, both 8 years old; getting really noisy. Tyler gave me three options, after a free thorough inspection; two with warranties. I took the second option and it included a laundry list of new parts. 90 minutes later they were done. Fabulous job!

Broken spring on the garage door. Unable to open it or get our car out. Called on a Sunday afternoon and Conner was at our house within an hour. Efficient and knowledgeable. Safety check on both doors - estimate for work to be done. Completed within the afternoon. Very satisfied with the service.
