they did the job, I thought it was very pricey, should have hired the garage door people instead of a handyman if it was going to be that pricey, I didn't have the coupon for free service call because they were referred through this site, therefore they charged $49.00 did not get senior discount there were no consideration for me just a hard price!!! was desperate next time I will take my time and hire people that care about the cost!!

Hi Mary, after review of your ticket I am a bit confused over your comments,the technician did give you a discount that was greater then the senior discount that you are referring to if you have any other issues please feel free to contact me.
