Technician came out and worked on an estimate. He disabled our garage door. After he left I tried for 30 minutes but could get the door to engage. I called and called but no one ever answered the phone I tried calling other offices with the same results. I was calling from 3:30 to 4:15. Their websitesite said they answer phones from 8 to 8 with a live person. That is a lie.

Overall the visit went well and our garage door is now functional. However, what I have an issue with is quoting one price and giving the go ahead then AFTER the service is complete give a total of 300 more than the quote. It's shady because at that point the work is already done so you don't feel you have a choice but to pay it. I do not think that is right at all.

I just want to give a huge shout out to this company!! All the other companies were texting me, but they called and offered a free estimate. Within 3 hours Jake T. Showed up!! Super great person!! He was very professional, easy to understand and I felt really good about the price. 1 hour later he had me fixed up and my garage was closing. Not only closing, but closing quietly!! I am great full for such good service!!! Thanks precision door KC and Jake T!!!
