Office staff was friendly and professional. The technician, Daray was super friendly and very efficient. This was the second time he has installed a new Jack Shaft opener for me. He realigned the tracks and replaced all the roller. He is a great technician.

I really didn't like your representive quoting me a $795 price, them I called Overhead Door of KC Got a lower price. Then the price from you was dropped $200. That smacks price inflation. This makes me very suspicious of your original price. I think this is bad business practice!!!!

A spring on my heavy, double, extra tall garage door broke. I looked for highly rated garage door repair companies on the internet and found Precision Overhead Garage Door Service. I call and they were booked up for the day but scheduled an appointment for the next day with a two hour window. I received a message that Jonithan would be my service technician. He called and said he would arrive in 20 minutes, which was right at the start of the service window given. Jonithan arrived a prepared an estimate with good better and best options. I the end I chose the best option that included a lifetime warranty. Jonithan finished the work in about two hours and showed me the parts that he replaced and that the door worked smoothly. Both Jonithan and the person that scheduled the appointment were polite and professional and everything went smoothly. I highly recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door Services.

My appointment wimdow was for 12-2. Jesse called and said he was running early and he showed up at 11:30. He was done by 12:30. He was friendly and efficient. He explained everything to me before and after. My garage door is quieter now then it has been for a long time. I would highly recommend you guys to everyone. Thank you.

Tanner called me about 20 minutes before he arrived. His arrival was inside the first hour of the two hour window. He immediately determined what needed to be done and let me know what the cost would be. He then said the work would take about 30 minutes. He completed the work without any surprises. Tanner is and excellent representative for Precision Overhead Door Service. Give him 5 of 5 stars!

Precision was awesome. Booked my appointment on-line Sunday and they were here noon on Monday. The technician London did a great job fixing the spring and getting the door operational.
