I still have not gotten an answer as to why I was charged 69.95 for an estimate. I the company right after it happened and they, they said they would have billing look into it. It has been 5 days and I still have not heard anything back.

Steve called ahead for his arrival time & arrived on time. Problem was corrected & Steve pointed out possible areas that should be watched for service in the future as the garage doors & openers are 11 years & the life is normally 12 to 15 yes. Very helpful would highly recommend.

Sean was a great guy with a terrible script. I don't need new rollers at $19 apiece on a 2 year old door. Don't need some Wi-Fi transmitter so a friend can get in to borrow a tool when we're in Mexico. Don't need to pay a $20 fee for gas and EPA disposal in addition to a trip fee. Don't need to pay $200 for sensors that I can buy for $40. Wasted $69 on a trip charge.

Michael was ahead of time and after a brief discussion as to the problem we were experiancing, he immediately got to work to diagnose the problem. He told us that the mother board in the motor unit had apparently been fried from electrical surge while we were on vacation. He could have fixed it but the unit was only 6 months old (from another company) and it should be looked at for warrenty replacement. He told us that if we were not satisfied with "the other company", that he would be more than glad to repair or replace the motor for us. He checked all of the rails that Precision had installed and made a couple of slight adjustments. We went to Precision after the "other company botched the install of a new track went awrye and they couldn't fix it for a month. Brian and his Precision team will be the only people to service our three garage doors after "the other company" replaces the motor. Thanks Mike for a professional service call.
