I was somewhat disappointed because the technician did not come as scheduled. When I called I found out he thought I was scheduled for the afternoon instead of the morning. However, he was very courteous and professional. He solved my problem easily and quickly.

Dean did a good job, was professional and got the job done quickly. The only problem I have is the ridiculous price your company charges for a door opener. I only agreed to it for my own convenience and wanting to have it taken care of quickly so it was my decision to go ahead and pay a ridiculous price because it was not a hardship for me to do so. But I feel for the people out there that don't really have the financial means and need this service and they get gouged for an opener that can be purchased for half the price. The markup your company puts on your openers is nothing but greed. You could still make a decent profit on the sale of the opener without doubling the cost. If I have the opportunity to give anyone else advice who is needing a garage door opener I would tell them to go purchase the opener elsewhere and have you guys install it. I have no problem paying for the labor but I see no way you can justify what you charge for the opener.

It was good to be able to talk to a real human when I called to schedule repairs. Rich did an excellent job and took time to explain everything well. I was disappointed that it cost more than $1,300 to replace the opener--but that may be in line with everything else in Johnson County.

He was thorough and made sure that I understood everything that he was doing. the only question that I had was the coupon indicated the price of $639 was incorrect. I think that you should get that corrected. I was also pleasantly surprised that Dean was able to do the work right then.

London B the service tech was courteous, quick and from what I could tell did good work in replacing the broken spring and replaced rollers, bearings, etc. I would have given 5 stars but I didn't receive the paid invoice & had to chat with & call Precision to get it sent to me the next day. Also I believe the service was too expensive based on the install time & the parts purchased.

Very pleased with Precision Garage Door. They were able to get here earlier than their scheduled time..which I greatly appreciated! The tech they sent, Nick, was very friendly and, after surveying my garage door situation, explained all nuts and bolts that would be needed to fix my problem. After I was shown what the cost would be and agreeing to the price, he went right to work and, before I knew it, he was finished and my garage door was fixed . I have my “quiet” garage door now working properly.. Thank you, Nick, for a job well done!
