I Purchased my garage doors from Precision 11 years ago. Never had a problem till Thursday, when the house painters taped my door shut so they could paint. Thursday afternoon, they asked me to open the door which I tried to do. Fortunately, the bracket pulled out (like it's supposed to do) since the door was taped shut on both sides. I called and Daray Ferguson came out. He arrived early, and was able to get my door back in operation in no time. Thank you so much for such excellent service! I will recommend you to everyone!

Your technician, Dean Manning, was very easy to work with, very courteous and professional. He explained all my options and answered all my questions. Did not pressure me to purchase a new unit. The old unit was an Overhead Door. Completed the installation in a timely manner and after he was finished he provided a walk thru explaining everything.
