I cannot possibly say enough good things about your technician, Cameron O'Malley. He was so professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He told me that he was a perfectionist, and it was definitely true. He explained everything so clearly, and went over all of the options with me. I felt that he had my best interests at heart. I thoroughly enjoyed learning about him and his beautiful young family. He left the work area spotless. Perhaps he told you, but the day before we had received a bid from one of your competitors. The young technician was nice, but not nearly as professional and knowledgeable. The difference between this company and your company is night and day! The garage builder of my home dated 2019 reached out after learning it would cost $2500 to fix my garage with Precision. He looked at the garage and the quote stating Precision charged me $95 for a part that was $10 and a bunch of other unnecessary work. However he quoted me $550 to fix my door and install the Chamberlain I had of my own. The precision guy discouraged me from using my purchased system due to not being able to offer a warranty and he wanted to do a sude way install. My system came with lifetime warranty and a back up battery, whereas with precision he quoted me nearly $3000 to install a system with all these offers. Sadly this is what the world has become...see an opportunity to gouge and you do it. One thing I know is God has been looking out for me and He did it ...yet again. Integrity is very important in my eyes and you did not show it!

We had a wonderful experience! Cameron assessed the problem we had with our garage door opener and provided us with a range of options. Precision is the best! They came out and installed nylon rollers on our garage doors (BTW get them! Your door will be MUCH quieter). The technician was amazing and kept me informed of his recommendations once he did an inspection. The quality of the work was what you should expect from professionals! Oh, and the company that has a lot of “overhead” that came out and forgot to put the rollers on? I found my new garage door company and they’re called Precision!

Had to have sensors on my garage door opener replaced. One of my sensors failed, so I had to manually raise and lower the door. I called Precision on a Friday and scheduled a tech for Saturday. My tech, London, was earlier than scheduled. He called before arriving and got me fixed up in about 20 minutes. Friendly, competent, and efficient.

I had springs, cables, and pulleys changed out. After repair was done, I noticed that the parts were more than doubled in price. My repair bill was extremely high for the work done. Technician did good work, but precision allows for this price gouging on parts. I am not happy with this company!
