I had springs, cables, and pulleys changed out. After repair was done, I noticed that the parts were more than doubled in price. My repair bill was extremely high for the work done. Technician did good work, but precision allows for this price gouging on parts. I am not happy with this company!

We were having trouble with our sensor eye being blinded by the morning sun and had also noticed that the door would have trouble closing at times even later in the day. I called and was quickly scheduled for a technician visit. Landon gave us several options for repair and we ultimately decided that it would just be best to update our opener. He was very thorough and installed the new opener quickly. He cleaned up and explained all of the features and how to set the code on the keypad. Overall, a great experience.

There was no service performed, just an estimate for installing two new garage doors. The technician was polite, knowledgeable, and he gave clear explanations of the options. In the end, he provided three estimates for three different doors at what I consider to be reasonable prices. Overall, it was a very good experience, and there was no sales pressure whatsoever. I saw Precisions ValPak coupon for a Genie unit installed for $650, callled and Dean showed up the same day. Dean did a great job, quick precise and thorough. Removed the old unit and put in new motor and wall control in a couple of hours. Good work!!

We just had a new garage door setup replaced. The appointment was set up for 0800-1200; Richard texted me, saying he would be at my house in 15-30 min, and he was there in 20 min. He checked out the system, explained everything that needed to be done and started the installation. The project was completed in the time period he said he would be done and clean up done. We basically had everything but the door replaced. Our old system was 26 years old. Richard was professional, explained what needed to be done and did not make me feel like I didn’t know what he was talking about but I didn’t! I will continue to use Prevision because of their reputation, pricing and technicians! Great job!

Dean did a good job, was professional and got the job done quickly. The only problem I have is the ridiculous price your company charges for a door opener. I only agreed to it for my own convenience and wanting to have it taken care of quickly so it was my decision to go ahead and pay a ridiculous price because it was not a hardship for me to do so. But I feel for the people out there that don't really have the financial means and need this service and they get gouged for an opener that can be purchased for half the price. The markup your company puts on your openers is nothing but greed. You could still make a decent profit on the sale of the opener without doubling the cost. If I have the opportunity to give anyone else advice who is needing a garage door opener I would tell them to go purchase the opener elsewhere and have you guys install it. I have no problem paying for the labor but I see no way you can justify what you charge for the opener.

Technician was good but quote was too high. I needed your cheapest quote to replace the opener. I would have preferred a ballpark estimate without an appointment. Taking bids today and then replacing ASAP.
