I usually don’t write reviews, but was impressed with this company. The garage door in our rental needed repair. They were able to get us scheduled next day. We were informed the technician was on his way, he arrived on time and had the door repaired in no time and they also installed a lock. Was courteous and professional. They didn’t have the ridiculous up charge of a service call plus the repair like the other company we previously used. Their rates were reasonable. This is a company we definitely will be using again and will be recommending them to anyone who needs any service on their garage door.

I saw the commercial and went with precision Door Services Kansas City because of the good reputation. Making the appointment was straightforward. To my surprise, I got an appointment on the weekend. My service professional was London and he is top-notch. I plan to come back to Precision Door Services Kansas City for all my future garage door needs and upgrades. London took the time to explain what was wrong, told me what my options were, and discussed the cost price points of each option. I would like to begin by saying Edgar was an amazing service technician. Very thorough and courteous. As for the cost of the service I was shocked beyond words. I will be in contact with neighbors and friends to discuss my dismay. My charge of $390.00 is almost twice what I expected. This is our third time using Precision door for garage door service over the years. We've had two garage doors replaced and 2 garage door openers replaced at different times. All with excellent service!! This last service was the day after the snow fall and freezing temperatures. I called the evening of the snow fall and they were here at 8am the following morning!! The service men were very professional and explained everything. They also sent over the instructions on use of the new equipment. London was our service guy during this freezing morning. Precision Garage Door was the only site with Garage Door Openers as a fault identification. This feature made it easy to identify the issue and outline my replacement preferences. The great thing was that I was able to get a same day service appointment. The technician London was even able to advance his arrival time by 1 1/2 hours. London removed the older equipment and installed the new Garage Door Opener & a new exterior key pad in about 1 hour.

Sorry, but I think you should know my experience with your company. The ads are slick, and the telephone scheduler, Ashley, was friendly and courteous, but the technician, who arrived was not inpiring confidence in his mannerisms and English language deficits. Oddly, he arrived early making me wonder if he was like a foreign Uber driver intercepting this job -- especially when he quoted $250 to fix a simple wiring problem with one of the two doors safety closing mechanism. At that point I declined your services, and called my trusted Overhead Door Co, who I have relied on for years. They fixed it professionally in all aspects with a $79 tune up charge.
