Had to have sensors on my garage door opener replaced. One of my sensors failed, so I had to manually raise and lower the door. I called Precision on a Friday and scheduled a tech for Saturday. My tech, London, was earlier than scheduled. He called before arriving and got me fixed up in about 20 minutes. Friendly, competent, and efficient.

Your technician, Dean Manning, was very easy to work with, very courteous and professional. He explained all my options and answered all my questions. Did not pressure me to purchase a new unit. The old unit was an Overhead Door. Completed the installation in a timely manner and after he was finished he provided a walk thru explaining everything. I was somewhat disappointed because the technician did not come as scheduled. When I called I found out he thought I was scheduled for the afternoon instead of the morning. However, he was very courteous and professional. He solved my problem easily and quickly.

I had springs, cables, and pulleys changed out. After repair was done, I noticed that the parts were more than doubled in price. My repair bill was extremely high for the work done. Technician did good work, but precision allows for this price gouging on parts. I am not happy with this company!

We were having trouble with our sensor eye being blinded by the morning sun and had also noticed that the door would have trouble closing at times even later in the day. I called and was quickly scheduled for a technician visit. Landon gave us several options for repair and we ultimately decided that it would just be best to update our opener. He was very thorough and installed the new opener quickly. He cleaned up and explained all of the features and how to set the code on the keypad. Overall, a great experience.

There was no service performed, just an estimate for installing two new garage doors. The technician was polite, knowledgeable, and he gave clear explanations of the options. In the end, he provided three estimates for three different doors at what I consider to be reasonable prices. Overall, it was a very good experience, and there was no sales pressure whatsoever. Exactly was I was looking for.

Precision is the best! They came out and installed nylon rollers on our garage doors (BTW get them! Your door will be MUCH quieter). The technician was amazing and kept me informed of his recommendations once he did an inspection. The quality of the work was what you should expect from professionals! Oh, and the company that has a lot of “overhead” that came out and forgot to put the rollers on? I found my new garage door company and they’re called Precision!
