Tyler Cunningham is amazing. He has installed two of my three garage door openers in the past and came out to replace the third one. He went back to the office to get the last one that matched the first two. He was able to reprogram all three of our garage door openers to our car transmitters. He is extremely polite, well knowledgeable and with his expertise, was training James, who also will be an incredible workman. We will always use Precision because of their experience, knowledge and courtesy.

The Precision employee replaced our outside 20 year old keypad. He also set up the garage door opener for one of our cars, which now can be done without climbing a ladder and syncing the garage door opener with the car. He was prompt, courteous and knew his products and technology. We always call Precision.

We had been having a problem off and on with the key pad opening and closing the doors for the past few weeks then it totally stopped working. I called Precision Door one morning and their technician was at my house early afternoon. The old pad was replaced and codes reset in a matter of a few minutes. It works great. Very friendly service.

Daray did a great job. I tried to explain on the phone that this was a big job and the door weighed 600 lbs. Daray was alone, but this was a 2 man job, mostly for safety sakes. It’s done, it wasn’t cheap, but was more than I could do on my own. Appreciate Daray, you should take better care of your guys, cheaper than workers comp to send 2 guys, just sayin’

Garage door opener failed early on a Saturday morning and contacted Precision. Door opener was completely replaced by 2:00pm that same day. Top notch company. Spoke with Mikayla to get help with a broken garage door spring. She was great- courteous, asked good questions, very professional. She had a technician at my house within an hour of my call. Alex was the tech. He inspected the door, explained the spring failure, told me what fix needed to be done, did it in about 15 minutes, tested the spring, we did the paperwork, I paid the bill, and that was that. He could not have been nicer or more professional. If I ever need more work on my garage, I’ll call Precision!

I had an excellent experience with Precision. From the start, the website was easy to access and to schedule an appointment. Then the Technician (Daray) was great with communicating when he was on his way; and then he was right on time. I needed new remotes; but he inspected everything with the doors, the motor, and the remotes. He explained my options-with pros and cons and the associated costs … very patiently and clearly. Then he completed the necessary work very quickly and efficiently. I know I will need to replace my garage doors at some point: and I’ll be calling Precision …and asking specifically for Daray. I am even sharing my experience on my neighborhood FB page as our community is always asking for and sharing recommendations for home repairs.

I was concerned about the timing as there looked to be some rain the next day. Used the old google machine and wanted 3 doors programmed. They were working fine until I tried to set a new remote. Real nice dude came by and wasn’t able to help. Doors are du crooning worse now and I was told I needed to replace all three doors. No thanks. Just wanted a reprogram. Bought a remote from the guy for no reason as well. Door opens now whenever my neighbor uses his door. Not impressed when the solve is buy new stuff from us vs working with a previous system. Can’t say I’m Satisfied $150 later... for nothing. Tech was cool but when it ended I had somehow bought an opener and now the doors are worse.
