Tyler Cunningham is amazing. He has installed two of my three garage door openers in the past and came out to replace the third one. He went back to the office to get the last one that matched the first two. He was able to reprogram all three of our garage door openers to our car transmitters. He is extremely polite, well knowledgeable and with his expertise, was training James, who also will be an incredible workman. We will always use Precision because of their experience, knowledge and courtesy.

The Precision employee replaced our outside 20 year old keypad. He also set up the garage door opener for one of our cars, which now can be done without climbing a ladder and syncing the garage door opener with the car. He was prompt, courteous and knew his products and technology. We always call Precision.

Beware this company! We had used them several years ago and contacted them again in need for a new garage door spring repair. They gave us an initial quote that was obviously very inflated. We got a second quote from another company which was half as much. After learning of this Precision tried to alter their initial joke of an estimate to get the job. We elected to go with the other company who showed basic integrity and decency and they did a great job. We then got an email from Precision asking for a review and stating that if we were not satisfied to contact the owner so he could "try to make it right". I did call them even though the repair was done to at least hear from the owner. We left a message with the operator and never heard back from the owner. I would avoid this company as they have predatory practices and will try to overcharge the consumer at any opportunity.

I chose Precision Garage Door Service because of their excellent reputation and the ease of scheduling online. From start to finish, the experience was outstanding. The online scheduling process was simple and convenient, and their communication throughout the entire process was excellent. The technician was extremely knowledgeable, took the time to explain everything clearly, and provided valuable information about my garage door system. They arrived promptly, worked efficiently, and quickly resolved my issue. Most importantly, they were friendly, professional, and genuinely focused on providing great customer service. If you're looking for a company that is fast, informative, reliable, and easy to work with, I highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service. They exceeded my expectations and did a fantastic job. Spring broke at 1630 on Friday. No answer on the other 24/7 service providers. Precision answered immediately. Made an appointment for next day for 1600-2000. Could not believe it. A rarity in todays world. Dean was here at 1630 and completed the job after 1800. He wasvery professional, explained what needed to be done and what should be done to prevent further problems. I was delighted - I had been trapped..no car. I now know who to call whenever I have a garage door problem. I am very pleased!

I needed a simple resetting of my opener. I was given options of over $1,000.00. A local company reset the opener and lubed the door for just over $100.00.

Installation of new garage door opener went well. The door is now going up and down easily and is very quiet. The only down side is we were given two openers and one is not working and we have had it less than a month.

We bought a new garage door and opener years ago. However, one of the openers was having a problem, so we called Precision to come by and service our opener. Tyler, our technician, was outstanding, provided great customer service, was very helpful, and took care of all the issues we had, plus a few more. Can't thank him enough for his kindness, support, and service. Precision has been a great partner for us.
