We bought a new garage door and opener years ago. However, one of the openers was having a problem, so we called Precision to come by and service our opener. Tyler, our technician, was outstanding, provided great customer service, was very helpful, and took care of all the issues we had, plus a few more. Dean came out the next day and fixed our garage door very proficiently. He gave several options to repair the garage door mechanics that were 70 years old. A cable snapped and the 130 pound wooden door needed a new spring cable as well. I will eventually have to replace both garage doors some day but Dean gave me the least expensive option to keep things moving. If you ever have garage door problems call Precision or schedule on-line both are fast and efficient.

He moved my car out of the garage so that the spray he used would not get on my vehicle. I appreciated his demeanor and also the fact that he was talking to a homeowner who is hard of hearing but kept his patience! The next time I feel maintenance is required, I will ask for him! The price was very fair for my three car garage doors.
