Dean came out the next day and fixed our garage door very proficiently. He gave several options to repair the garage door mechanics that were 70 years old. A cable snapped and the 130 pound wooden door needed a new spring cable as well. I will eventually have to replace both garage doors some day but Dean gave me the least expensive option to keep things moving. If you ever have garage door problems call Precision or schedule on-line both are fast and efficient.

I believe his name is "Dave." He was very professional, respectful and low key. He explained what he was doing and reassured me that my garage doors are working well. He moved my car out of the garage so that the spray he used would not get on my vehicle. I appreciated his demeanor and also the fact that he was talking to a homeowner who is hard of hearing but kept his patience! The next time I feel maintenance is required, I will ask for him! The price was very fair for my three car garage doors.

We had been having a problem off and on with the key pad opening and closing the doors for the past few weeks then it totally stopped working. Turns out there was also a factory defect in the spring they replaced a year ago. They replaced the spring under warranty and the rest of the repairs were less than $90. Fortunately, a second local provider inspected the same setup and quoted half the price for equivalent work, underscoring the discrepancy. While Precision may deliver quality repairs, their pricing and communication fell short, leading me to select a more transparent and cost-effective option. I won't be returning for future needs.
