Our service tech, Alex, was extremely helpful in diagnosing our problem and offering us options as to how to remedy the situation. He was prompt, courteous, personable and knowledgeable in products available to us. We called and set our appointment for Saturday February 10th. Again, Alex called and arrived earlier than the appointed time. Work was completed in a timely manner with no interruptions. When finished, Alex took the time to walk me thru all the functions of our new opener, answered all my questions and helped me set up your phone app. We are extremely pleased with the work Alex performed and his professionalism. I am very happy with the service I received from Precision. The lady who took my call and scheduled the appointment was very nice and helpful. I received a confirmation email with the appointment and a picture of the technician who would be doing the service. Gabriel called before coming and was very efficient. He looked everything over and gave me options. The work (new spring) was completed in less than 30 minutes and he went over everything he did. Will use again.

Mike was at my house within an hour to fix the issue. I really appreciate the speed of being able to have a technician at my house, and the quality of work provided. Since this was an unexpected expense, Mike worked with me to create a solution that I could afford, while also letting me know other fixes I may need down the road and can budget for. Mike was very personable, educated me on my door, and I felt very comfortable with the work he performed.

I had asked aloud in the waiting area while my car was being serviced yesterday if anyone knew a good garage door repair company. Mike Medina said that your company had done work at his home and he had been quite satisfied. I phoned this morning (12/1/15) and was surprised that you could have someone come this afternoon. The appointment was set for between 2-4:00 p.m. The technician (Joshua Beck) arrived at 2:00 on the button and went to work immediately to find the problem. As my door operator is old, he had to make a special trip to procure a part. He returned and completed the job to my complete satisfaction. He replaced the springs, and a belt for the motor. He thoroughly explained to me the problem, and the repairs needed. He also oiled the other garage door, which had been squealing loudly, taking care of that issue. Based on my experience, I would definitely recommend your firm.

The guys were great! Arrived promptly when I called after on spring broke and the door crashed. I could not lift the wooden door by myself, had to have the work done fast. They opened it and put new springs and cables on both sides, re-installed the runners, did an entire fix of everything but the door itself, for 10% of what I had been told years was the only solution to my problems: to replace the door ! One corner of the door had been bent in, and the door only manually operative, for 8 years!
