Technician was on time, pleasant, knowledgeable, and professional. Very tidy, also -- left no mess behind. Technician fixed our garage doors perfectly; doors will now shut soundly with no gaps to let in the elements/insects. Technician also replaced rubber strips along bottom of door and weatherproofing strips, too (they were cracked and ineffective). Would definitely hire this company in the future should garage door repairs be needed -- very fast and reliable service.

The installer was on the phone during the entire installation of new springs which made me think he was not concentrating on his work. Also, from what I read $750 plus tax is more than what other companies were charging. I should have done more research.

We picked Precision because of rating and same day servicing. Even though the problem turned out to be less than expected ( belt wasn’t broken just tension came apart), I’m still happy we had you do the work. I installed the opener myself 5 years ago and never found any instructions on adjusting the belt tension which let the belt sag a little. Conner put everything back together, adjusted the belt tension correctly, set the travel stops, and checked rails and wheels were in proper working order. A special thanks for the veteran and senior discounts.

I just tried sending a detailed review and notice I couldnot get my review posted (server problem on the company end). I'll make this simple. This is not a good review. Servie person was dealing fast and loose. His procedures did not correspond to what the scheduler indicate would happen. Provided "service" I didn't aslk for and wound up charging $130 more than what he said would be charged. Service person was totally unprofessional. I'll be glad to provide details, but won't enumerate them here again since I'm not sure this review will even be posted or sent. Finally, the fact that I still haven't gotten an itemized bill really pisses me off, even though he said it would be sent immediately from his tablet. 24 hours later, I still don't have it. This is not a company either I or myi family in the KC area will deal with again.
