The service was easy to initialize service call on web. The technician was polite and thorough in the repair. The technician replaced the backup battery, checked and lubericated the spring and rollers.

I just tried sending a detailed review and notice I couldnot get my review posted (server problem on the company end). I'll make this simple. This is not a good review. Servie person was dealing fast and loose. His procedures did not correspond to what the scheduler indicate would happen. Provided "service" I didn't aslk for and wound up charging $130 more than what he said would be charged. Service person was totally unprofessional. I'll be glad to provide details, but won't enumerate them here again since I'm not sure this review will even be posted or sent. Finally, the fact that I still haven't gotten an itemized bill really pisses me off, even though he said it would be sent immediately from his tablet. 24 hours later, I still don't have it. This is not a company either I or myi family in the KC area will deal with again.

Brian You asked for it so here goes. First, I had an appointment set up yesterday for 2-4pm. I stayed home waiting. London called at about 5:30 and said it would be about another 1 1/2 hours or so. He called around 6:45 and said he could be out at 8:15 which is way to late considering it's probably about an hours work. London was nice enough to show up at 8:00am this morning. But his first estimate for cable's and 2 springs was over $1,000.00. That is 2 1/2 times more than another estimate I received and his second estimate for $640.00 was a little over 1 1/2 times more than another estimate I received which I went with. Same amount of work, same materials etc. and the company has a 5 star rating. Too bad it didn't work out. Mike McIntosh

I really appreciate the manner in which Precision helped us get our garage door working again. I called and in no time Steve arrived, looked at the situation and got us operating again. Our garage door had been having problems and we knew a new one was needed. Steve spent some time explaining our options and was extremely helpful. As a result, we are probably going to purchase a door soon.

I scheduled my garage door repair on like and the technician called about 8:15 am like scheduled. Conner was friendly and showed up with in 25 to 2o mins as promised. Conner was friendly and easy to work with. Conner covered different options and was never HIGH PRESSURE! The repair was quick and the cost was exactly as promised. Very professional! Would not hesitate to recommend them to family or friends.

Garage door opener failed early on a Saturday morning and contacted Precision. Door opener was completely replaced by 2:00pm that same day. Technician was pleasant, completely knowledgeable about the product and helped me pair the new opener with my car. Will use Precision again and recommend to other.

From start to finish, Precision Garage Doors service was great. A broken spring during the night had us trapped in our garage. The receptionist was spot on, friendly, kind and helpful. Even the second time I called and talked to someone else, very professional. A picture and message was sent to my phone soon after making the appointment so I knew who was going to show up. He called before and gave me a 20 minute window for him to arrive and was on time. The advice, service and repair were so good and again, helpful, polite and personable. I will always suggest this company going forward.

I was impressed as the service technician (Steve Ray) had Precision call me 30 minutes prior to his arrival. The work was completed very professionally and Steve explained what was needed to fix the 2 doors of which I told him to go ahead. Steve is very knowledgeable of what needed to be done to fix the problem. What I was most impressed in was that Steve didn't try to over sell you and/or under sell you. He did give us some additional quotes on the pricing of new rollers in the event we wanted to replace them then or later, told him we would do them at a later time. Excellent employee in Steve Ray. I told Steve that I would put Precision Overhead Garage Door on our list of preferred vendor list as I'm in real-estate with Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate / Kansas City Homes. I had a spring break on my garage door, which was a very disturbing situation. I called Precision and they dispatched an incredible team to my house to fix my problem. London and Conner were awesome, and also checked out my other garage door springs and found them to be rusty and would certainly break in the near future...they repaired ALL my garage doors all in the same day. That allowed us to have peace of mind and not to be concerned about another dangerous garage spring breakage. Thank you for your very quick response and the quality Team that did an amazing job!!
