Review:

Precision Overhead Garage door meet and exceeded our expectations. Our garage door spring broke on Tuesday evening so I called Wednesday morning asking for service. Tyler Cunningham, Lead Technician, was here the same day, on time and advised us when he was about 30 minutes away. Tyler was very professional, he saw the broken spring and wire, explained he would inspect the door and then advised me of the results and my repair options with costs. Once decided, Tyler and his trainee went to work replacing springs and rollers on both my single garage doors. Repairs were completely professionally and excellently in a timely manner at a very fair price. We highly recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door service.

I was having some programming issues with my garage door opener. I called precision and they sent out a senior technician Daray Ferguson. He listen to my problem. He was professional and exceptionally knowledgeable on the issues I was having with my door. He was able to get my door working and also got the myQ app working as well.
