I would like to begin by saying Edgar was an amazing service technician. Very thorough and courteous. As for the cost of the service I was shocked beyond words. I will be in contact with neighbors and friends to discuss my dismay. My charge of $390.00 is almost twice what I expected. Excellent service…. from making the initial call to getting the springs replaced. My spring broke early morning. I normally do things myself, but with moving I decided to call to get my door repaired as it had the cable jump the track and canted the door sideways. I called and they had someone out within a day. Josh responded and was polite, knowledgeable, and got the door repaired within 30 mins!! I will absolutely be using this company again! Absolutely phenomenal service and great company!

I called you because you were close. The rubber on the bottom of the door had broken off in places. The serviceman was very friendly and explained the product I needed. It took him less than an hour to install the rubber strip. I appreciate the quick response to my call and can assure you I will call you if I have any more problems.
