I normally do things myself, but with moving I decided to call to get my door repaired as it had the cable jump the track and canted the door sideways. I called and they had someone out within a day. Josh responded and was polite, knowledgeable, and got the door repaired within 30 mins!! I will absolutely be using this company again! Absolutely phenomenal service and great company!

I called you because you were close. The rubber on the bottom of the door had broken off in places. The serviceman was very friendly and explained the product I needed. It took him less than an hour to install the rubber strip. I appreciate the quick response to my call and can assure you I will call you if I have any more problems. Connor was great, efficient, and very nice guy! We are very happy with his service. 2 years ago Precision replaced our garage doors and put in a new opener on the 2nd door at the time and we have had no problems with the work they preformed at that time!! We would highly recommend their service!
