Garage Door Repair Reviews in Basehor, KS (Updated May 2026)

I first called on Memorial Day because I could not get my garage door to close. The person answering the phone was helpful and set up an appointment for me with the first available technician. I eventually figured out I could use the emergency pull on the garage door and got my door shut. So I called back and cancelled the call. The person again answering the phone was very polite and cancelled my appointment with no questions asked. I did call back a couple days later thinking my door still needed to be fixed. I called, got an appointment set up with another very friendly person that was answering the phones. The day of my appointment I got a call from my technician asking if he could come earlier. It worked out that I was able to make that work. He was timely, courteous, listened to what my issue was and my concerns. At the end of our discussion I decided to get new doors and openers since only 1 of my garage doors was even hooked up to an opener. Technician was very through in letting me know what my options were. Looking forward to a long relationship with this company. Thank you for being a 24/7 service company that I believe I can count on.

I needed my door repaired. I was given 4 estimates. I went with the lowest one $1100 because I couldn't afford the other 3 quotes. The two technicians I had were polite, knowledgeable and kind. I am glad the door is fixed but I am upset that the warranty is for only 90 days. That is alot of money to spend without a reasonable warranty.
