I have had two garage doors repaired by Precision in the last two years. Recently I discovered some of the work was done incorrectly and had my suspicions verified by some other companies. I was looking at $5000 to potentially replace those parts. I called Precision who came out and handled everything as warranty work and for a very modest fee took care of me on the same day. My service technician was Dean and he did a great job

Tyler Cunningham is amazing. He has installed two of my three garage door openers in the past and came out to replace the third one. He went back to the office to get the last one that matched the first two. He was able to reprogram all three of our garage door openers to our car transmitters. He is extremely polite, well knowledgeable and with his expertise, was training James, who also will be an incredible workman. We will always use Precision because of their experience, knowledge and courtesy.

Tyler from Precision arrived at 8 am and quickly diagnosed the problem with my garage door. He was punctual. precise, and right-on in his assessment! Within 3 hours he made all of the necessary repairs and was on his way. He replaced the springs, rollers, and pulley system. I was highly impressed. The Precision employee replaced our outside 20 year old keypad. He also set up the garage door opener for one of our cars, which now can be done without climbing a ladder and syncing the garage door opener with the car. He was prompt, courteous and knew his products and technology. We always call Precision.

Installer was incredibly fast, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Went ahead and got two new door openers and everything was on hand the job was done same day. Had an idea what the openers would cost by online shopping and considering to do the job myself. I was happy with the what I was charged for the job, especially considering I didn't have to fight it myself or wait for purchases to arrive before I could start. Just couldn't be happier start to finish. One last thing had a 2 hour appointment window opposed to the 4-8 hour window many offer. Installer arrived at the early side of the window.
