Tyler was very courteous and honest. He checked the garage door, gave us an estimate and let us discuss it. We agreed & he immediately got to work. When the work was completed he had me come out explained the spring, pole & cable wheel he replaced and why. It all works great again. Thank you Tyler

I cannot possibly say enough good things about your technician, Cameron O'Malley. He was so professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He told me that he was a perfectionist, and it was definitely true. He explained everything so clearly, and went over all of the options with me. I felt that he had my best interests at heart. I thoroughly enjoyed learning about him and his beautiful young family. He left the work area spotless. Perhaps he told you, but the day before we had received a bid from one of your competitors. The young technician was nice, but not nearly as professional and knowledgeable. The difference between this company and your company is night and day! Cameron is such an incredible representative for your company, and it made me feel that our country is in very good hands with young people like Cameron! I am so impressed by your company. Thanks again.

Cameron was prompt, friendly, and completely transparent about the entire process. He took the time to point out current issues and what would eventually need replaced. I did not feel pressured at all, and am happy with the work which was completed.

Tyler showed up and provided estimates for three different openers in about ten minutes. After I chose an opener he promptly started the install and had it done quickly. Then talked me through pairing three different vehicles to the opener. Great job! Thank you!

We had a wonderful experience! Cameron assessed the problem we had with our garage door opener and provided us with a range of options. We chose to replace two garage doors and Cameron went right to work. He was extremely respectful, kind, polite, and incredibly hardworking. He was very conscientious wanting to make sure the job was done right. It was obvious that he takes pride in his work. We couldn’t have been more pleased with the service. Highly recommend!

I have had two garage doors repaired by Precision in the last two years. Recently I discovered some of the work was done incorrectly and had my suspicions verified by some other companies. I was looking at $5000 to potentially replace those parts. I called Precision who came out and handled everything as warranty work and for a very modest fee took care of me on the same day. My service technician was Dean and he did a great job

Tyler Cunningham is amazing. He has installed two of my three garage door openers in the past and came out to replace the third one. He went back to the office to get the last one that matched the first two. He was able to reprogram all three of our garage door openers to our car transmitters. He is extremely polite, well knowledgeable and with his expertise, was training James, who also will be an incredible workman. We will always use Precision because of their experience, knowledge and courtesy.
