Tyler from Precision arrived at 8 am and quickly diagnosed the problem with my garage door. He was punctual. precise, and right-on in his assessment! Within 3 hours he made all of the necessary repairs and was on his way. He replaced the springs, rollers, and pulley system. I was highly impressed. The Precision employee replaced our outside 20 year old keypad. He also set up the garage door opener for one of our cars, which now can be done without climbing a ladder and syncing the garage door opener with the car. Installer was incredibly fast, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Went ahead and got two new door openers and everything was on hand the job was done same day. Had an idea what the openers would cost by online shopping and considering to do the job myself. I was happy with the what I was charged for the job, especially considering I didn't have to fight it myself or wait for purchases to arrive before I could start. Just couldn't be happier start to finish. One last thing had a 2 hour appointment window opposed to the 4-8 hour window many offer. Installer arrived at the early side of the window.

I did a web search and looked at all websites. I liked what I saw and decided to book an appointment. My garage door opener didn’t raise or lower. My technician was excellent and very knowledgeable. He went over all that needed done. The garage door is original to the house (70yo). So I decided to replace the entire system. I just bought the house in September and have replaced most of appliances. I’m also getting new windows and having the ne garage system complete the needed repairs. Again the technician was fabulous. Trusted him completely.

Precision is the best! They came out and installed nylon rollers on our garage doors (BTW get them! Your door will be MUCH quieter). The technician was amazing and kept me informed of his recommendations once he did an inspection. The quality of the work was what you should expect from professionals! Oh, and the company that has a lot of “overhead” that came out and forgot to put the rollers on? I found my new garage door company and they’re called Precision!

Had to have sensors on my garage door opener replaced. One of my sensors failed, so I had to manually raise and lower the door. I called Precision on a Friday and scheduled a tech for Saturday. My tech, London, was earlier than scheduled. He called before arriving and got me fixed up in about 20 minutes. Friendly, competent, and efficient.
