Jake did an excellent job for us. He replaced one of our garage openers, checked out the other one, and helped me get the garage app installed on my smart phone. Jake was on time, courteous, friendly, and professional. We highly recommend home and Precision Garage Door Service.

The tech called early and was able to work us in much sooner than originally scheduled. He was friendly and polite. He evaluated our problem and gave us a couple of options. I elected to have both springs replaced (only 1 was broken) and have all 3 bearings replaced. The cost was pricey ($975), but dealing with torsion springs is dangerous if you're not trained, and definitely out of my wheelhouse. Hopefully, the door will be good for years to come.

We have two doors, both 8 years old; getting really noisy. Tyler gave me three options, after a free thorough inspection; two with warranties. I took the second option and it included a laundry list of new parts. 90 minutes later they were done. Fabulous job!

Precision was cheaper than other companies I called and precision could get my opener installed quick. Conner came out and was very knowledgeable and installed my opener fast. I recently called to have service on my garage door for a loud squeaking noise it was making every time I opened or closed it. The technician, Richard, was able to promptly access the issue, determine the cause and recommend the fix. He explained the issue in terms I could understand and what to look for as the rollers age. Richard was very friendly, professional and courteous.
