The great thing was that I was able to get a same day service appointment. The technician London was even able to advance his arrival time by 1 1/2 hours. London removed the older equipment and installed the new Garage Door Opener & a new exterior key pad in about 1 hour.

My tech, David C., was so gracious, patient and professional, in a kind way. He quickly identified my problem and gave me a quote, which was reasonable enough for me to give him the go ahead for the repair.
