The technician, David Coffman, called ahead to notify me of arrival time. After checking out the existing garage door opening setup, he explained the options. Once a decision was made to update the entire set up (which was about 7-8 years old), he left to get the necessary equipment and, upon his return, worked quickly and efficiently to get the work done.

Dean came out the next day and fixed our garage door very proficiently. He gave several options to repair the garage door mechanics that were 70 years old. A cable snapped and the 130 pound wooden door needed a new spring cable as well. I will eventually have to replace both garage doors some day but Dean gave me the least expensive option to keep things moving. If you ever have garage door problems call Precision or schedule on-line both are fast and efficient.

Richard Leon what’s my tech, he was right on time he got here when he said he was going to be here.. I was expecting to replace my garage door and tracking he looked at my garage door told me it did not need to be replaced and the tracks were great He did suggest replacing the rollers and the bottom seal and I did want a garage door opener. I talked to him about the best option for me and he said what he suggested. I really liked and he performed the service under two hours. RICHARD is an awesome guy. He performed great service. The man was extremely nice and friendly. I do highly recommend!!!!

I have had Precision Door come several years ago after another company failed to get it fixed. This time I had several things that were wearing out so I went ahead paid the big bucks to get it fixed. Antonio was my service Pro and did an excellent job. The price was $1580 but hopefully it will last several more years. A lot needed to be repaired.

What would be nice is if you could leave a can of that spray to maintain the spring every three months and a laminated calander To help people remember stuck on the inside of the door. And clone Richard so all your techs are just like him. !!!! He could not have been any more fun to have out

I purchased my new Garage Door seven years ago from Precision and was extremely satisfied with the service that was done by a young man named Daray Ferguson. Last week I started hearing a beeping sound that appeared to be coming from the motor part at the garage door opener. I called Precision on a Friday end of day and they sent me out a serviceman within 24 hours of the call, I couldn’t believe it when Daray Ferguson showed up to work on this service call!! he immediately diagnosed my issue and had me a new battery within five minutes. I cannot give enough gold stars to this company, and especially to this particular employee who has the most excellent customer service skills!! FYI: Your categories listed below did not allow me to choose exactly what my service call was.

We have one double car garage and a shop with one garage door. Our remote(s) have 3 door options but only 2 were working. Then one the doors on the car garage stopped opening so I set up an appointment with Precision and am so happy I did. Technician, A Zuniga arrived in the pouring rain and had all issues addressed in less than 20 min. He's a rock star as far as I'm concerned - professional, courteous, kind, listened and answered all questions plus gave excellent suggestions on how to keep the Liftmasters healthy for years of service. Precision Garage Door Service had installed a new garage door a little over a year ago. They were able use the existing opener. It came time that we needed to replace the door opener. They came out and gave us an estimate and was available to install it at that time. The installation was precision top quality. The new door is so quiet and so much more efficient and with plenty of new features. We are 10 out of 10 pleased! I don’t give out many reviews but chose to do so because of the overall great experience with the company, the staff and installer and the product.
