Hunter took the time to watch and listen to the door to assess the issues then wrote up the quote with options and explained them as well as answered all my questions. We needed new springs, rollers, cables and a keypad. After he made the repairs, he went over everything again, explained what changes were made as well as made sure I was comfortable with what needed to be done to keep the door working well.

This whole experience from start to finish was excellent! Starting with making a late night phone call to request a garage door repair and expecting to get a recording (it was a LIVE person at their answering service!!) to the service call itself was the most professional experience I have had in a long, long time. You hear a lot of businesses profess to care about you; the customer. Well, they do! To paraphrase an old expression, "Precision Door puts their money where their mouth is."
