Saw TV ad and had spring replaced almost a year ago. Recently one of the cables that lifts the door came off the pulley. Based on last service I called Precision again. Turns out there was also a factory defect in the spring they replaced a year ago. They replaced the spring under warranty and the rest of the repairs were less than $90. I was so happy with the service you provided. My door broke on Thursday and I immediately used your online scheduling. You were available and came on Saturday afternoon and fixed it. Dean was the technician. He did an excellent job identifying and telling me about the problem and then describing the repair options and estimates. During the same visit, he was able to make the repairs, and the door is working normally again! I am completely satisfied because of the ease of scheduling, because Dean showed up on time as scheduled, and because about 48 hours after the door broke, the repair had been completed.
