Dean my service tech from Precision Door arrived right on time. Performed a 25-point safety check and confirmed my springs needed to be replaced and a couple of the wheels on the door needed to be replaced. Dean was able to provide a quote for the safest and most reliable path forward for replacing the springs and the wheels. Once reviewed I agreed to replace the springs and wheels along with the opener. Dean was able to replace all of these items it a timely manner and was beyond professional. Precision door has a customer for life thanks to Deans amazing skill set and professionalism.
