We had multiple issues with our garage door. The technician was very thorough in presenting our options and took his time in answering all my questions. He respected my decisions and did not pressure to up sale me. We will definitely call Precision with all our garage door needs.

This is a great garage door repair company. They responded right away for my request for a service. Tyler the service tech. was very professional and done a great job. Gave me an estimate of work needed done before starting the job. Highly recommend this company and if all service tech's are as efficient and good at their job as Tyler you will be happy you used this company.

Previous reviews were good so I contacted them. I needed new remotes for the garage doors. They were able to send Andrew in less than 24 hours. He was great! Kind, quick, and efficient.

Had a small problem 5 months after a new model operator had been installed. Called Precision. They came out the same afternoon and had the problem corrected in about 5 min. No charge under warranty.

I had rubber seals replaced and a general tuneup of two garage doors. After ordering the service, I appreciated the fact that Precision sent a confirming email for what service would be performed, and the time the techs would arrive. I also received a call from the techs themselves telling me that they were on the way. The techs themselves were very competent and courteous, and completed the work in a timely manner. I would not hesitate to call Precision if additional work is needed in the future.

Jason D. showed up on a Sunday to repair our "worn out" garage door. He was polite, professional and extremely knowledgeable! Our garage door setup is "unique" to say the least - the coil springs are located at the back of the tracks instead of over the top of the garage door. This required some customized changes to get the door up and operational again. Jason did it! Since he didn't have the unique cables required for the job, he returned the next day to finish the job. Our garage door now opens smoothly and quietly. I highly recommend Precision (and Jason) to get the job done RIGHT!!!
