I was pleased to get same day service to do the repair. Alex did a great job. He presented the options for the repair logically. Even though I wasn't planning on the cost originally, I'm very satisfied with to change that makes the door operate a lot better. It was well worth it.

I was impressed by the 2 service men. They were efficient, informative and courteous while at my home. They completed the necessary repair and when they left they picked up any debris. They thanked me and shook my hand. Thank you for hiring such nice men.

Tyler was FANTASTIC!!!!! he solved our issue at $600 less than what your competition was quoting with no options. Tyler found a much better solution for us. He has earned Precision all of our business and anyone who asks us... You need to clone Tyler...he is a great ambassador for your company!!!

I did an internet search to find well reviewed companies and Precision came up. I am so pleased with how they handled us. Daray was the tech that came to the house and found the problem and fixed the garage door. He was friendly, communicated great, was incredibly knowledgeable and he just got it done. So appreciative! I normally do not write reviews....I gladly wrote this one.

Steve was prompt, professional, courteous and helpful. As chance would have it, we could not recreate the problem that prompted me to call Precision initially. He said that this occasionally happens, and he also explained what the problem might be should it happen again. I will definitely use Precision for any future garage door repair.
