Technicians did a great job and were friendly. Cost seems too high. $65 for a bracket? Will probably look around for a better price next time.

Maria, Thank you for using our service, we love what we do! The bracket you are referring to, is a Center Bearing Bracket that allows your shaft to turn while supporting the two high cycle torsion springs that are bolted together on the bracket, It has 13 stainless steel ball bearing, and is a key piece of the daisy chain that makes your door go up and down. The price of the bracket includes the installation of the bracket. And you received a 5 year warranty on parts and labor. I hope that this helps you with your concern about what you received. I know looking at an invoice and seeing the word bracket and 65.00 and not knowing what you got would put me out of sorts as well. :)

Service was very prompt and courteous. Price was more than unexpected, but probably not unreasonable. Mr Wilson identified and corrected a small issue with the way the door hesitated as it went down. Tobin did a fine job. It just seems very expensive for two tension springs and spending $402.95. The $15 fuel charge seems a bit much, just add that into the price of equipment and labor. I would consider your company again. You did arrive on time and on the same day which I appreciated.

Prompt same day service on a Wednesday with technician Terry Wilson. Indicated that our spring was undersized for the two car garage door. Replaced springs, repaired top of door where bent, reinforced. Also replaced a circuit board and inside garage door opener on the second single car garage door that was more than 15 years old. All worked well except for the new indoor garage opener. The light and lock buttons did not function. Technician Aaron Rhoades came out the following Saturday morning. Road construction in our area made it difficult to get to our house. He was very polite and apologetic for the 10-15 minute delay in figuring out how to navigate into our neighborhood. He reversed the wires on the inside garage door opener. All is good. No charge covered by warranty for the follow-up visit. Rated as a 4 star instead of a 5 just because of the need for a follow-up visit.
