One of the torsion springs broke on our double car garage door late on a Saturday night. We were able to get one of our cars out of the garage in case of emergency but being fairly new to the area had no idea who to call until I remembered Precision. I called and the person on the other end was courteous and responsive. We were able to set up an appointment for someone to come out the next day which was a Sunday. The technician was also courteous and professional and walked us through the options and process. We are very happy with our total experience with Precision and will recommend them to all of our friends, family and neighbors.

Josh was very informative with all questions I had about my options today and when I requested that he install a new garage door opener he immediately went to work to remove my old one and installed anew opener and had it completed in a very timely manner. In 2019 I had two torsion springs replaced for $183. Thanks to inflation, the price for my service yesterday was 4 times that! (Included springs and bearing replacement). With that said, the service I received was extremely professional and fast. From the very responsive chat, I booked the appointment minutes after hearing the spring break in the garage. Tyler was here by 9:00 the next day and finished the work shortly thereafter. Reviews matter, because that is how I made my decision to use Precision. Thank you.

Amazingly quick service on two garage door concerns. Choices of services were explained very well and felt no pressure to make my own choice. Fantastic service! I called to get an estimate for a new opener. First surprise was they came out on Saturday! Didn't expect that, that quickly! Alex, my technician, inspected my entire door and tracks, and prepared a full estimate and recommendations. I agreed to all the work, and was expecting to have to schedule installation for next week. NOPE! Alex said "I'll get started" and 2 hours later, job complete. THAT'S SERVICE!! Customer for life.
