Nick came out and helped me go through each level of service that was recommended. I understand mechanics, but I also understand not to mess with torsion springs. One of our springs broke that was installed on our garage door system. The same system that was installed before we bought the house 10 years ago. The technician who installed that 10 years ago, also cut corners and did some things improperly. Nick helped me understand some of those errors from the previous tech and made recommendations for service. I could’ve gone without some of Nick‘s recommendations, but I knew that if I did that, I would be calling for another service appointment sooner rather than later due to expedited wear and tear on parts exceeding their service life. I chose the long-term option and the right option. You get what you pay for. Friendly, knowledgeable, and great customer service. I believe I found my garage door service company. Unable to get the garage door to repeat the problem. He checked the gears etc and couldn't spot any problems. I asked for an estimate on a new opener and he gave me 3 options. I told him that if the problem occurred again that I would buy one of the options. There was no service charge for his visit.

Precision was great to work with. They came out right away to see our current doors, and give us a quote. They had several options available, in the end, we decided on two fairly basic doors. They told us it would be about 3 weeks before the installation, and that was accurate, they installed both doors in less than a day, and they look GREAT!! Much more quiet also, which is nice, since our master bedroom is directly above the garage. I don't wake my wife every morning when I leave the house @ 5 AM. Thank you, Precision!!

We were hopeful that our belt was going to be the only replacement that was needed. After inspection it was determine that we needed a new unit. I chose this service because I had used them in the past. Although this experience was not the same as the first. I have a double garage door and it has 2 springs on each side, as it has a pully system. Each time I had them replace 2 springs on my garage door. First time, no issues and he gave me a full inspection sheet on what he saw and replace the 2 outer springs. Second time, it was someone different and there was not a full inspection just the suggestion of changing the rollers. I had him replace the 2 inner springs and he did with two different sizes. Now my garage door has 3 springs of one size and 1 spring is small. I asked him about it and he stated that it would help them last longer. I am not the professional so I let it go. Now every time I look at the springs it does not feel right. If I was to fill out this review the first time around, it would have been a 5 star rating. After the second experience, the rating has dropped.

Richard came promptly when we booked online for problems with our garage door track. He spotted the problem right away but also did a thorough check of everything else. Within a few minutes we had an estimate with options. Once we made a decision (we took a good while), he did the work right away, same day, replacing the motor and track, setting us up with remotes, keypad, control pad, wi-fi access to the camera, etc. The whole experience was professional, very timely, helpful, and impressive. London was so nice and helpful. I had a new Garage Door opener installed last week by "Pro-Lift". It was so loud and grinding. I called them back. They came out and said "Chain Openers" make noise. The chain drive they replaced was much quieter than my older Chain Drive and it was quieter. Even London immediately knew it should not make that terrible noise. It cost me 900 bucks which I'm out. He replaced it with a quieter opener. I'm not sure what type of opener he installed but it was not a Belt Driven because he placed it in the center of the garage door. It sure sounds so much better. Jason D. showed up on a Sunday to repair our "worn out" garage door. He was polite, professional and extremely knowledgeable! Our garage door setup is "unique" to say the least - the coil springs are located at the back of the tracks instead of over the top of the garage door. This required some customized changes to get the door up and operational again. Jason did it! Since he didn't have the unique cables required for the job, he returned the next day to finish the job. Our garage door now opens smoothly and quietly. I highly recommend Precision (and Jason) to get the job done RIGHT!!!
