Jason D. showed up on a Sunday to repair our "worn out" garage door. He was polite, professional and extremely knowledgeable! Our garage door setup is "unique" to say the least - the coil springs are located at the back of the tracks instead of over the top of the garage door. This required some customized changes to get the door up and operational again. Jason did it! Since he didn't have the unique cables required for the job, he returned the next day to finish the job. Our garage door now opens smoothly and quietly. I highly recommend Precision (and Jason) to get the job done RIGHT!!!

I chose Precision Overhead Garage Door Service because of their commercials. I am a first-time customer and plan to use them again in the future should garage door issues come up. Steve, my technician, was very professional & explained everything very clearly. His personality, knowledge & professionalism makes him very good at his job & he represents the company well. He went out of his way to make sure the job was done correctly. I also appreciate how quickly I was able to get an appointment. Thank you!

I’ve had my door replaced by the Precision Door team and have had to recently consult them for another estimate (unrelated to the original install). I’ve been really impressed with both the product and work performed. They are very friendly but also professional. Highly recommended.

Your man Steve Ray was excellent explaining what I needed to repair my door. He also helped me with a situation on my deck involving the high wind. Just took a few minutes to help me but at my age (87) it was too much for me. An outstanding employee you have. Thanks so much for repairing the door.

I found you in an online search. I am very pleased with the service rendered and the fact that you were so quickly available. Connor did an excellent job in identifying the problem that I was having with my garage door and recommended other items that needed attention and gave me three options from which to choose. I chose the 3 year warrantee option and he performed the work in a timely fashion. This also included new rollers.

One of the torsion springs broke on our double car garage door late on a Saturday night. We were able to get one of our cars out of the garage in case of emergency but being fairly new to the area had no idea who to call until I remembered Precision. I called and the person on the other end was courteous and responsive. We were able to set up an appointment for someone to come out the next day which was a Sunday. The technician was also courteous and professional and walked us through the options and process. We are very happy with our total experience with Precision and will recommend them to all of our friends, family and neighbors.

Office staff was friendly and professional. The technician, Daray was super friendly and very efficient. This was the second time he has installed a new Jack Shaft opener for me. He realigned the tracks and replaced all the roller. He is a great technician.
