Called the morning to schedule a tuneup and they came out within couple of hours! London did a great job explaining everything and what could become a problem. He worked to fix those things and it sounded so much quieter! Also 7 yr warranty! Highly recommend!

I found you in an online search. I am very pleased with the service rendered and the fact that you were so quickly available. Connor did an excellent job in identifying the problem that I was having with my garage door and recommended other items that needed attention and gave me three options from which to choose. I chose the 3 year warrantee option and he performed the work in a timely fashion. This also included new rollers.

One of the torsion springs broke on our double car garage door late on a Saturday night. We were able to get one of our cars out of the garage in case of emergency but being fairly new to the area had no idea who to call until I remembered Precision. I called and the person on the other end was courteous and responsive. We were able to set up an appointment for someone to come out the next day which was a Sunday. The technician was also courteous and professional and walked us through the options and process. We are very happy with our total experience with Precision and will recommend them to all of our friends, family and neighbors.

In 2019 I had two torsion springs replaced for $183. Thanks to inflation, the price for my service yesterday was 4 times that! (Included springs and bearing replacement). With that said, the service I received was extremely professional and fast. From the very responsive chat, I booked the appointment minutes after hearing the spring break in the garage. Tyler was here by 9:00 the next day and finished the work shortly thereafter. Reviews matter, because that is how I made my decision to use Precision. Thank you.
