I was so happy with the service you provided. My door broke on Thursday and I immediately used your online scheduling. You were available and came on Saturday afternoon and fixed it. Dean was the technician. He did an excellent job identifying and telling me about the problem and then describing the repair options and estimates. During the same visit, he was able to make the repairs, and the door is working normally again! I am completely satisfied because of the ease of scheduling, because Dean showed up on time as scheduled, and because about 48 hours after the door broke, the repair had been completed. And pricing was reasonable. Excellent job! I am so glad I contacted your company.

Great meeting today with the technician! Needed a quote on full replacements for when I get a HELOC in the Spring for the multiple projects I have to complete. Antonio was able to walk me through the options and show me what he could do with my needs and give me a great quote of what i am to expect. Will definitely use Precision next year!

This company is a mess. Called for an estimate and they gave me a 4 hour window. Asked for 30 minute called, and she said 8 to noon. Then the guy comes out. Did not know how to do an estimate, had to call the office. He then used my ladder without asking and then borrowed my tape measure. He then sent me an estimate for $0.00. I waited a week and then called the number. They said they didn't have one. They would have the tech who didn't know how to fill it out, do it again. Past performance is an indicator of future performance. Do I want them back at my house, probably not.

London B the service tech was courteous, quick and from what I could tell did good work in replacing the broken spring and replaced rollers, bearings, etc. I would have given 5 stars but I didn't receive the paid invoice & had to chat with & call Precision to get it sent to me the next day. Also I believe the service was too expensive based on the install time & the parts purchased.

I just want to give a huge shout out to this company!! All the other companies were texting me, but they called and offered a free estimate. Within 3 hours Jake T. Showed up!! Super great person!! He was very professional, easy to understand and I felt really good about the price. 1 hour later he had me fixed up and my garage was closing. Not only closing, but closing quietly!! Dean my service tech from Precision Door arrived right on time. Performed a 25-point safety check and confirmed my springs needed to be replaced and a couple of the wheels on the door needed to be replaced. Dean was able to provide a quote for the safest and most reliable path forward for replacing the springs and the wheels. Once reviewed I agreed to replace the springs and wheels along with the opener. Dean was able to replace all of these items it a timely manner and was beyond professional. Precision door has a customer for life thanks to Deans amazing skill set and professionalism.

We called Precision because we thought we had a serious problem. They were able to come out soon after my call. There employee said everything looked good and in kind words explained our problem was operator error. Therefore, nothing had to be done. Precision Overhead Garage door meet and exceeded our expectations. Our garage door spring broke on Tuesday evening so I called Wednesday morning asking for service. Tyler Cunningham, Lead Technician, was here the same day, on time and advised us when he was about 30 minutes away. Tyler was very professional, he saw the broken spring and wire, explained he would inspect the door and then advised me of the results and my repair options with costs. Once decided, Tyler and his trainee went to work replacing springs and rollers on both my single garage doors. Repairs were completely professionally and excellently in a timely manner at a very fair price. We highly recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door service.

The only problem I had was with the lead technician. I am not sure of his name but he was not friendly or pleasant at all but I will say in his behalf he was real smart and knowledgeable with the install of the opener that I bought. We had a bearing and double spring replaced for our uninsulated garage door and it was $850!! This should be no more than $500 max and that would even be extreme! If I had known it was going to be that much, we would have gone with someone else! We definitely will not be using Precision Door again and we will let our friends know too. I called to confirm that there wasn’t some mistake and the person was unable to help. She called the “main office” but no one was there and she “did not have the knowledge base” to give me any idea of what this type of thing would cost. Our bad for not checking with multiple places first. Not going to happen again!

We were able to make a quick appointment online very easily after our garage door broke. Our technician, Antonio was amazing, he evaluated our broken door and had to rebuild our entire door hardware (rollers, springs, cables, and more), all in just an hour! He also looked at our other door to ensure it was in proper working order. Antonio was very knowledgable and a great person. We will absolutely reach out again if we need help with our doors. 10/10 recommend Precision Garage Door, especially Antonio! :)
