I still have not gotten an answer as to why I was charged 69.95 for an estimate. I the company right after it happened and they, they said they would have billing look into it. It has been 5 days and I still have not heard anything back.

Your technician Connor was very nice and helpful. He explained the work that he was going to do giving us a quote before he started. He also checked out the garage door springs and door panels. He gave us quotes for future work if we decided to upgrade the garage door system. Also your scheduler Crystal was very helpful in arranging a service time that worked well for our schedule.

Precision employee arrived at my house. After checking on my single garage door he determined that the two door springs installed last fall were the wrong size. He made a call to someone regarding the wrongly installed door springs. He explained that I could choose to replace them at a cost of $60.00 or just adjust them for free. I decided to do the free adjustment because I shouldn’t have to pay for the proper springs to be installed on my door. The installer also told me that a sales manager or someone from Precision Garage Door would call me on Monday. As of 11 o’clock Monday night no one has called me I’m not real happy with the service.

I just received a quote last night from a nice gentleman at Precision. I've used Precision in the past, which is why I called this time when my spring broke. When provided the quote, I was surprised in the cost. I told the gentleman we were going to get another quote, and he asked if he could call his boss to see if there were any discounts that could be provided, in which he returned and stated that no, the cost he provided was the best you could do. I called a neighbor friend of mine who's in construction and he provided me his door guy. When I called him, he laughed and said he loved I'd gotten a quote from Precisioin and not to share any of the dollar amounts bidded, just the materials and labor. He then added up with his cost, and surprisingly, to do the same work, with the same materials, he was less than 1/3 of the cost. He still doesn't know what I was quoted by you all, but said he gets calls all the time. I will tell you this is a bit disturbing, and I will use his business (and it is a business, a competitor of yours actually), and I will share his information with everyone I know, including my entire subdivision, whos houses are just as old as mine. It's unfortunate you all charge so much. Just wanted to share, as people talk, and this cost savings is definetely something that will talked about by me. Thank you, Kelly Wright

Steve called ahead for his arrival time & arrived on time. Problem was corrected & Steve pointed out possible areas that should be watched for service in the future as the garage doors & openers are 11 years & the life is normally 12 to 15 yes. Very helpful would highly recommend.

Not only did he arrive on time, he was courteous, extremely knowledgeable of the service needed and explained to me exactly what he needed to do, how long it would take, and the cost. Scheduling the appointment took less than 5 min. They have a 4hour appt window and the tech was here within the first hour of that window. He was very respectful, explaining things in a way that I could understand. They had everything on hand and could start work immediately after we discussed the quote. They were done very fast and I got a tutorial on how to use the new equipment. Pricing was very good as well. A great experience. Thank you so much!

Tyler diagnose our problem gave us a estimate. He indicated he had every thing on his truck to do the repair. Their was no pressure to correct the problem (as the door was working at that time). We new it was only a mater of time before it broke again. Tyler gave us three options to do the repair, we chose the 5 year warrantee. Tyler went to work and 1 1/2 hours our garage door is like new. Tyler has a great attitude good personality and represent precision door very well, I would recommend precision to anyone needing a garage door repaired . Dave A
