I chose this service because I had used them in the past. Although this experience was not the same as the first. I have a double garage door and it has 2 springs on each side, as it has a pully system. Each time I had them replace 2 springs on my garage door. First time, no issues and he gave me a full inspection sheet on what he saw and replace the 2 outer springs. Second time, it was someone different and there was not a full inspection just the suggestion of changing the rollers. I had him replace the 2 inner springs and he did with two different sizes. Now my garage door has 3 springs of one size and 1 spring is small. I asked him about it and he stated that it would help them last longer. I am not the professional so I let it go. Now every time I look at the springs it does not feel right. If I was to fill out this review the first time around, it would have been a 5 star rating. After the second experience, the rating has dropped.

Overall I cannot find any reason to recommend this company. Paid to have a garage door opener installed because the one I had was not internet capable. Within an hour and a half of having the garage door opener installed my door would not open. Call Precision and they said they would contact the installer and nothing happened. Called back and they said they would send an emergency email and again no response. I could go on but in the end my car was stuck in my garage for 3 days. I understand the issue with the snow but you had the opportunity to resolve the issue. When you did come out I felt like I was bein g held hostage/blackmailed....pay me money to fix the door or have a $1,000 opener you can't use. I could understand if something broke I would have to pay but I had a perfectly operational door that ceased to work after your technician installed the opener...again....nothing was broken.

I was having some programming issues with my garage door opener. I called precision and they sent out a senior technician Daray Ferguson. He listen to my problem. He was professional and exceptionally knowledgeable on the issues I was having with my door. He was able to get my door working and also got the myQ app working as well. Our spring broke on the main garage door. Precision was fast in getting someone to our house on our schedule to get it fixed. He even found some frayed cables which could have been another problem and fixed them as well as the spring same day. I would recommend them to anyone needing garage door repair.

Richard came promptly when we booked online for problems with our garage door track. He spotted the problem right away but also did a thorough check of everything else. Within a few minutes we had an estimate with options. Once we made a decision (we took a good while), he did the work right away, same day, replacing the motor and track, setting us up with remotes, keypad, control pad, wi-fi access to the camera, etc. The whole experience was professional, very timely, helpful, and impressive. One visit, problems solved! London was absolutely fantastic, and very knowledgeable! He diagnosed the problem and answered all of my questions. My garage door would not raise due to the awful condition of the spring. After he replaced the spring, the door not only raises but the motion is smoother, no longer noisy, much lighter, and will remain open on its own when the emergency lever is released (not the case before). London worked really hard to replace my 30-year-old garage door opener that had stopped working for me. He even worked with me to help stay within my budget- he also worked late, he went out for extra parts, and he said several times that if he was going to do something, he was going to do it right. He did a great job. I only got 1 of my 2 garage doors replaced today but I would be happy to hire London again to replace my second door when I'm ready.

Daray Ferguson of Precision was simply "outstanding" in repairing our garage door where it was making loud noises when opening. Instead of paying thousands of dollars for a new door, Daray's superior knowledge and expertise was able to re-stabilize and repair the door back to it's original (quiet) condition.
