Had to have sensors on my garage door opener replaced. One of my sensors failed, so I had to manually raise and lower the door. I called Precision on a Friday and scheduled a tech for Saturday. My tech, London, was earlier than scheduled. He called before arriving and got me fixed up in about 20 minutes. Friendly, competent, and efficient.

Your technician, Dean Manning, was very easy to work with, very courteous and professional. He explained all my options and answered all my questions. Did not pressure me to purchase a new unit. The old unit was an Overhead Door. Completed the installation in a timely manner and after he was finished he provided a walk thru explaining everything. My name is Betty Hoge, owner of the property located at 2615 Vernon St in North Kansas City. My billing address is 6517 Charlotte St, Shawnee, KS 66216, which is different than what was shown on my invoice.

Spring broke at 1630 on Friday. No answer on the other 24/7 service providers. Precision answered immediately. Made an appointment for next day for 1600-2000. Could not believe it. A rarity in todays world. Dean was here at 1630 and completed the job after 1800. He wasvery professional, explained what needed to be done and what should be done to prevent further problems. I was delighted - I had been trapped..no car. I now know who to call whenever I have a garage door problem. I am very pleased!

I needed a simple resetting of my opener. I was given options of over $1,000.00. A local company reset the opener and lubed the door for just over $100.00.

I was somewhat disappointed because the technician did not come as scheduled. When I called I found out he thought I was scheduled for the afternoon instead of the morning. However, he was very courteous and professional. He solved my problem easily and quickly.

I first called on Memorial Day because I could not get my garage door to close. The person answering the phone was helpful and set up an appointment for me with the first available technician. I eventually figured out I could use the emergency pull on the garage door and got my door shut. So I called back and cancelled the call. The person again answering the phone was very polite and cancelled my appointment with no questions asked. I did call back a couple days later thinking my door still needed to be fixed. I called, got an appointment set up with another very friendly person that was answering the phones. The day of my appointment I got a call from my technician asking if he could come earlier. It worked out that I was able to make that work. He was timely, courteous, listened to what my issue was and my concerns. At the end of our discussion I decided to get new doors and openers since only 1 of my garage doors was even hooked up to an opener. Technician was very through in letting me know what my options were. Looking forward to a long relationship with this company. Thank you for being a 24/7 service company that I believe I can count on.

Technician, Daray was excellent! Knew what he was doing, and worked diligerntly to get the job completed. The reason for the four stars is due to the price of the service. Very expensive!
