We had been having a problem off and on with the key pad opening and closing the doors for the past few weeks then it totally stopped working. I called Precision Door one morning and their technician was at my house early afternoon. The old pad was replaced and codes reset in a matter of a few minutes. It works great. Dean M. Was the service technician sent out. Even though we were unable to re-create the problem, he did a thorough inspection and checked for every possible cause without replacing expensive parts .as the opener worked fine while he was here, he recommended we just go with what we have and if it happens again to try to count the blinks on the light to let them know the error code. They did not charge anything for the service call, which was a very welcome event. I will definitely use precision again and will ask for Dean.

Dean was the tech that came to our house, and I thought he was very courteous and professional. He was thorough and made sure that I understood everything that he was doing. the only question that I had was the coupon indicated the price of $639 was incorrect. I think that you should get that corrected. I was also pleasantly surprised that Dean was able to do the work right then.

Saw TV ad and had spring replaced almost a year ago. Recently one of the cables that lifts the door came off the pulley. Based on last service I called Precision again. Turns out there was also a factory defect in the spring they replaced a year ago. They replaced the spring under warranty and the rest of the repairs were less than $90.
