I highly recommend Precision Garage Door for any & all garage door services that a homeowner needs. I found PGD via web searching as the top-notched organization in the Olathe, KS area. They lived up to the Internet reputation ! I hired PGD for preventative maintenance and renovating / upgrading of my existing door. I'm new homeowner in Olathe, and wished to renovate this home's door with top-of-the line motor, springs, whisper-quiet rollers, etc. All about performing an improvement and better quality of life experience driving in/out. DeanM was my Service Rep. DeanM arrived timely, listened to my end goals, and went about prospective customer services. He analyzed existing setup and with my goals in mind he proposed 2 renovation plans. Explained each in detail the pros, benefits, neutral change, etc as well as associated pricing structures. All up front. I selected my renovation plan. DeanM went about fulfilling my goals using his expertise in all things garage door, opener, work-systems, and the like. DeanM possesses top-shelf skills for PGD. DeanM completed my renovation project exactly as approved, on-time, and cleaned up the work area impeccably. I'm a very happy customer and will highly recommend both PGD and emphasize / recommend that future customers should request DeanM. Outstanding performance, forthright, and technically apt for all of one's garage door needs. Thank you, James D. Reynolds in Olathe, KS
