Precision Overhead Garage door meet and exceeded our expectations. Our garage door spring broke on Tuesday evening so I called Wednesday morning asking for service. Tyler Cunningham, Lead Technician, was here the same day, on time and advised us when he was about 30 minutes away. Tyler was very professional, he saw the broken spring and wire, explained he would inspect the door and then advised me of the results and my repair options with costs. Once decided, Tyler and his trainee went to work replacing springs and rollers on both my single garage doors. Repairs were completely professionally and excellently in a timely manner at a very fair price. We highly recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door service.

London was very nice. Done a good job. Told me rollers were bad. door 25 yrs old. Probably orig with house, also replaced weatherstrip on door. We would recommend London for any maintenance. He also noticed spring wasn’t installed right , he adjusted that also. Sorry I had pro lift put opener in & replace spring. Very poor service from this co. Precision service man knew what he was doing. Haven’t ever used Precision before today.

The only problem I had was with the lead technician. I am not sure of his name but he was not friendly or pleasant at all but I will say in his behalf he was real smart and knowledgeable with the install of the opener that I bought. Excellent response time and service. 1. Broken spring, unable to get my car out for appointment and first well known company could not come for two days (I had used them previously) 2. Precision could come same day, confirmed with text and picture of employee who would be coming. 3. Rich finished his current assignment and was able to come earlier than expected, also called to see if it was OK to come early. 4. I moved into my home (new) almost 14 years ago. Repairs are pricey but satisfied with price quoted and charged. 5. Rich, the repairman was professional, knowledgeable, courteous, pleasant and didn’t putz around. I appreciated the quick response and totally recommend Precision Garage Door Service.

Technician was on time, pleasant, knowledgeable, and professional. Very tidy, also -- left no mess behind. Technician fixed our garage doors perfectly; doors will now shut soundly with no gaps to let in the elements/insects. Technician also replaced rubber strips along bottom of door and weatherproofing strips, too (they were cracked and ineffective). Would definitely hire this company in the future should garage door repairs be needed -- very fast and reliable service.

The tech called early and was able to work us in much sooner than originally scheduled. He was friendly and polite. He evaluated our problem and gave us a couple of options. I elected to have both springs replaced (only 1 was broken) and have all 3 bearings replaced. The cost was pricey ($975), but dealing with torsion springs is dangerous if you're not trained, and definitely out of my wheelhouse. Hopefully, the door will be good for years to come.
