This is the the second time I've relied on Precision, and just like the first, they exceeded my expectations. The technician was on time and was able to diagnose the problem quickly. He inspected both of our garage doors, and offered us multiple solutions to fix it. Within 24 hours of our spring breaking, Precision had us up and running at a very fair price. I can't recommend Precision enough!

We're thrilled with Nick, his work, and his representation of Precision Door. He let us know all of our options up front. He was on time for his initial appointment Wednesday and also Friday for the installation. He explained everything and made sure all was understood before he left. This is such a HUGE difference than our experience with Garage Door Services - those folks are thieves and scammers. Stick with Precision - these folks will do you right!

We were able to make a quick appointment online very easily after our garage door broke. Our technician, Antonio was amazing, he evaluated our broken door and had to rebuild our entire door hardware (rollers, springs, cables, and more), all in just an hour! He also looked at our other door to ensure it was in proper working order. Antonio was very knowledgable and a great person. We will absolutely reach out again if we need help with our doors. 10/10 recommend Precision Garage Door, especially Antonio! :)

I chosed Precision Garage Door Service because of a sticker beside the garage door opener. I thought I would use the original installer. I called and gave my address and the office clerk asked me if I was the previous owner. I said I am the new owner. She then inquired about setting up an appointment with a technician which we accomplished. For your survey, I had to select an option of a service performed that was performed. The technician came to provide me a quote.

Have been seeing ads on TV lately. I called spoke with a very friendly young women and made an appointment. Richard Leon was the tech who came. He is very friendly and professional. He explained everything that he would do. He did great work and cleaned after completing the work. Richard Leon was great and so is your company.

Precision was great to work with. They came out right away to see our current doors, and give us a quote. They had several options available, in the end, we decided on two fairly basic doors. They told us it would be about 3 weeks before the installation, and that was accurate, they installed both doors in less than a day, and they look GREAT!! Much more quiet also, which is nice, since our master bedroom is directly above the garage. I don't wake my wife every morning when I leave the house @ 5 AM. Thank you, Precision!!

Precision installed a new garage door opener today and I couldn't be more pleased with their service and the quality of the opener they installed (Liftmaster). I appreciate attention to detail in performing service work and installations the correct way the first time and London Benjamin did just that for the work performed at my house. New advanced garage door opener, springs, rollers, bottom door sealer, etc. along with making sure everything is now correct and balanced. London was very knowledgeable and explained the reasons to upgrade from the base standard opener to the new and improved door opening system. He called when on his way and was on time and completed the work with efficiency.
