Thank you for sending Nick to service the problem I was having with my garage door. I was EXTREMELY impressed with Nick as he quickly identified the problem and pointed out other concerns he felt may be needed to be addressed in the appointment or in the future. Nick provided several ideas with different cost alternatives, no pressure at all, just presenting the solutions & allowing me to make the decision that was right for me. I chose your company because of my sister who used your company some time in the last couple of years. She raved about the wonderful service and the young man t(Steve Ray) who worked on her garage doors. She had first called Overhead Garage Co, but because of the actions and suggestions of "unnecessary" work she did not use them She has praised Precision and the service man, Steve Ray, that fixed her garage doors. The young man who came to my house was prompt, very polite and explained what was needed to fix my garage door(broken cable) and also explained a possible problem in the future with the pulleys. He showed me what the "possible" problem was and I was very glad he did and I had him go ahead and replace them. He was VERY polite, took his time and explained everything he was doing and when the work was completed I was very relieved and satisfied with what he did. He was so nice & "patient (with this 82 yr old, old lady). I will always use Precision for any future door problems and again, my praise and thanks to Steve Ray for his efficient, well done job.

We discovered a problem with our garage door opener during the very cold weather. We heard about Precision Garage Door Services in a TV ad & gave them a call. The tech was here within 2 hours. He diagnosed the problem and on his recommendation, we had him replace the garage door springs and opener. He added an exterior key pad, also and helped us download the app to access it remotely. Every morning before work, I would see several commercials on WIBW talking about precision, garage door people and my garage door wasn’t acting right so I gave him a call and a guy named Nick came out. I called Precision Garage Door because I have seen their ad on TV channel 4 in the morning and their ad appealed to me. I called them today and a new garage door was installed later this afternoon by Jake their technician. The new garage door replaced and existing one that was 20 years old and had developed some minor problems. I am happy with the new garage door, the installation by Jake and especially his great personality.

Door was hung up, out of balance. The Tech added new cables, new brackets at bottom of door and a new bottom seal. He kept opening and closing door until all adjustment that needed for a perfect working garage door with no hang ups.

All good. Arrived on time, quickly assessed both of our operators, tracks, etc. Only thing that needed attention was replacing old rollers for both doors, and he was able to do it straight away. The service person was good to work with.

I just tried sending a detailed review and notice I couldnot get my review posted (server problem on the company end). I'll make this simple. This is not a good review. Servie person was dealing fast and loose. His procedures did not correspond to what the scheduler indicate would happen. Provided "service" I didn't aslk for and wound up charging $130 more than what he said would be charged. Service person was totally unprofessional. I'll be glad to provide details, but won't enumerate them here again since I'm not sure this review will even be posted or sent. Finally, the fact that I still haven't gotten an itemized bill really pisses me off, even though he said it would be sent immediately from his tablet. 24 hours later, I still don't have it. This is not a company either I or myi family in the KC area will deal with again.

The chain on my garage door opener broke during this very cold weather and I called at 9:00 and at 2:00 the service tech arrived. A new opener was installed along with new springs and bearings. The tech was extremely polite and explained in detail what service he performed and gave me detailed instructions for operating my new garage door opener. Very pleased with the service provided.

We were hopeful that our belt was going to be the only replacement that was needed. After inspection it was determine that we needed a new unit.
