I learned about Precision Door from their ads that I have seen on Facebook and I thought that I would try them to service my door. I still got one more service with them because I'm getting a new garage door and then I will know more about their service. Beware this company! We had used them several years ago and contacted them again in need for a new garage door spring repair. They gave us an initial quote that was obviously very inflated. We got a second quote from another company which was half as much. After learning of this Precision tried to alter their initial joke of an estimate to get the job. We elected to go with the other company who showed basic integrity and decency and they did a great job. We then got an email from Precision asking for a review and stating that if we were not satisfied to contact the owner so he could "try to make it right". I did call them even though the repair was done to at least hear from the owner. We left a message with the operator and never heard back from the owner. I would avoid this company as they have predatory practices and will try to overcharge the consumer at any opportunity.

Technician came out and worked on an estimate. He disabled our garage door. After he left I tried for 30 minutes but could get the door to engage. I called and called but no one ever answered the phone I tried calling other offices with the same results. I was calling from 3:30 to 4:15. Their websitesite said they answer phones from 8 to 8 with a live person. That is a lie.

Over charging again and this is why no trust them. All up sale 999 or 1200 for garage opener. 300 per spring and refused the balance them for me!! 125 per barring. New employee learning to scam with him!! Wisconsin plates on work van!! Stay away!!

I did a web search and looked at all websites. I liked what I saw and decided to book an appointment. My garage door opener didn’t raise or lower. My technician was excellent and very knowledgeable. He went over all that needed done. The garage door is original to the house (70yo). So I decided to replace the entire system. I just bought the house in September and have replaced most of appliances. I’m also getting new windows and having the ne garage system complete the needed repairs. Again the technician was fabulous. Trusted him completely.

Precision is the best! They came out and installed nylon rollers on our garage doors (BTW get them! Your door will be MUCH quieter). The technician was amazing and kept me informed of his recommendations once he did an inspection. The quality of the work was what you should expect from professionals! Oh, and the company that has a lot of “overhead” that came out and forgot to put the rollers on? I found my new garage door company and they’re called Precision!

Had to have sensors on my garage door opener replaced. One of my sensors failed, so I had to manually raise and lower the door. I called Precision on a Friday and scheduled a tech for Saturday. My tech, London, was earlier than scheduled. He called before arriving and got me fixed up in about 20 minutes. Friendly, competent, and efficient.
