I picked Precision because it was family/veteran owned. I am an in home daycare provider. When I mentioned that to my tech, David and asked if noise would be an issue as it was close to naptime, he said he would try to be quiet. Oh my gosh! Not only did he do that, he made the repairs manually!! I so appreciated that…naptime is sacred! Could not have asked for better service!

We were very please with out experience with Precision Garage Door Service. It was super easy to set up an appointment. The technician, Edgar Vasquez texted me when he was on his way to our appointment. He checked out our whole system, explained possible solutions to fix our problems along with the price options for repair. I found Edgar Vasquez was very efficient, well-trained, courteous and easy to work with. Would not hesitate to call Precision again if we need repair or to recommend it to friends and neighbors.

I came home to a garage that wouldn’t open. I contacted Precision based on their high customer satisfaction ratings. I told the call-taker I could wait until Monday but they informed me there was no extra charge for weekend repairs. I was scheduled for 2-6pm the following day but the technician called and told me he could be there by 12:15pm. London B arrived, assured me the repair would be completed right away, and started to work. He finished replacing the springs and bearings, took pictures of the repairs, and we took care of the payment. He did a great job and I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service based on my experience.

My expectations were surpassed. Initially with making an appointment, the representative was professional and courteous in making the appointment. The appointment was for the next day. The technician, Daray Ferguson listened and visually observed the problem. He definitely was knowledgeable and presented that knowledge and a plan for repair to me in a way that I could understand. All parts needed for what was to be done were not available, so another appointment was made for the next day. Mr. Ferguson returned the following morning and began the repair and replacement on both of the garage doors. The completed work is beyond satisfactory. The solution that he visualized to resolving not just what I initially showed him but other issues that I had not noticed were eliminated at the completion of the work. I would recommend this technician of Precision Overhead Door due to his technical skills demeanor courtesy and professionalism.

I usually don’t write reviews, but was impressed with this company. The garage door in our rental needed repair. They were able to get us scheduled next day. We were informed the technician was on his way, he arrived on time and had the door repaired in no time and they also installed a lock. Was courteous and professional. They didn’t have the ridiculous up charge of a service call plus the repair like the other company we previously used. Their rates were reasonable. This is a company we definitely will be using again and will be recommending them to anyone who needs any service on their garage door.

I called precision door service based on your TV ads. The senior technician that came out was very knowledgeable and in a few minutes was able to identify all the problems with the door installation. He pointed out the parts needed to repair the door installation and why they were needed from a safety standpoint. He was able to order parts on the spot and atated that they would be available in 10 days to two weeks. He stated went he returned he would properly install new door seal and also adjust the doors to properly fix the jamb. I look forward to having the door properly adjusted and sealed as it has not been since installed by another door company.

I don’t often do reviews for work done, but in this case, I’m making an exception. Precision Garage Door, KC is exceptionally good. From my initial call to the office, to the end result, this company came through. The office staff was courteous, and respectful of my issue, even though it was a weekend. Daray Ferguson, the service technician, traveled from KC to Topeka on a Sunday. He diagnosed issues that were problematic and would cause us additional problems down the line. Most were contractor issues that hadn’t been properly done. Once the diagnostics were done, and we approved the repairs, Daray started a 3 hour repair fix at 4:00 on Sunday. The repair was done with serious detail to the work. He also made sure he could give us the best price possible – right down to the senior discount! From the quick response, issues diagnosis, trouble shooting and hazard identification, I was impressed by the company’s professionalism and knowledge. I highly recommend this company and will use them in the future, if needed. Five stars all around from start to finish!
