Awesome company!! We recently purchased and had 2 new garage doors (one double and one single) with new door openers installed. We couldn't be happier with the professionalism, service, timeliness and quality from start to finish. Gary Kolek, who came to our home to meet with us, was outstanding and took the time to listen and provided multiple options. Crystal and Beau in the office kept us updated on the status of our order and coordinated installation without any hiccups. Finally, Luis and Josh were extremely friendly, knowledgeable and efficient with the door installation. We highly recommend Precision Door!!

Daray Ferguson was our technician. He was personable, friendly, and knows garage doors! He was a fountain of information and had our door working just great by the time he left. We did not have one major problem but had lots of minor problems that he took care of. We needed 12 new rollers and a new operator bracket. Garage door works like a charm now! If we have any future concerns about our garage door we will definitely reach out to Precision and ask for Daray again! He did a great job and as I said, he knows garage doors!

We are a prior customer. As a matter of fact, they did such a good job over 10 years ago, we just now had to have some minor work done. Daray and Garrett were on time, surveyed the situation and immediately got all the materials required to fix the bottom seals of both garage doors. I might also add that they were extremely polite and professional throughout the project, answering any questions and providing suggestions for future needs. If we need another house call, we will specifically ask for these two wonderful young men!

I came home on a Friday night to a garage door that wouldn’t open. Twelve hours later, I had a repair specialist at my door and the problem was resolved a couple hours after that. These people are dependable and efficient. I highly recommend you call them if you have a problem.

Alex did a fine job of finding the problem & fixing it quickly. Also offered some good advice on taking care of the doors while he was inspecting & lubricating them. Better service than I had with the other firm I used previously.

I searched for repair companies and ended up chatting online with Precision and got an appointment set up for the next morning. Only had a few minor issues so had them go ahead and service both garage doors. I was impressed with Daray’s professionalism. Precision is now my #1 contact for garage door repairs.

Lower than a 1*** I have tried to call the owner of the company with no reply. I had Daray, come out on Sunday 7/24/22 to repair spring that had broke. He told me he would give me a senior discount because I have grey hair. No big deal, but he tried to tell me the repairs would cost $2400. I said that was way to high for repairing a spring, so he adjusted the quote to a lower warranty period for $1600. I told him no and asked if he would help me raise the door to get cars out, he said it would be $200. I told him no and asked him to leave. Got both springs replaced today by a great guy that even looked at my 3rd car garage for $300. This company needs to look at their employees. This guy is a crook.

Emergency repair need this morning. Called the service on the garage door sticker and was met with a debilitating estimate before my situation was even fully explained. Called Precision after reading all their customer reviews online and: • Was met with a polite, helpful customer service scheduler • Was assured that our issue would be a priority with a noon–4 pm window for a service call. • Connor, our repairman was helpful, fully explaining all options and walking us thru our repair needs. He did an amazing job! Before he left he walked us thru his repairs and patiently answered all our questions. Money well spent! Great job, Connor! And it's not even 3:00 yet! The only repair sticker I have on our garage door is Precision. They'll be handing any/all garage door business at our house.

Our garage door would not close. I saw that Precision was open late and called -- in the meantime we were able to get it shut, so immediately situation averted. Jake came out the next morning. Our motor was shot. By afternoon we had a brand new garage door opener with keypad, quiet and fabulous and lifetime warrantied! Jake was terrific at explaining our options and demonstrating our new hardware....very efficient and professional as well! Needless to say, we are thrilled with our new purchase. Thank you!

Daray F. did a great job repairing our 500+ pound garage door. He did it the right way after many years of replacing broken springs on a door that had never been installed properly by the builder. He was thorough and made a few trips back to the shop to ensure he had all of the correct parts and stayed late to complete the work. I would highly recommend him.

Duray Ferguson, the technician, was prompt, explained what he would do to correct the garage door issues, and quoted me the prices and what he felt were the advisable steps in addition to repairing the spring. He said he was a senior technician and was courteous, professional, efficient, and neat. He predicted the time period to complete the work and he worked diligently too.
