From start to finish, Precision Garage Doors service was great. A broken spring during the night had us trapped in our garage. The receptionist was spot on, friendly, kind and helpful. Even the second time I called and talked to someone else, very professional. A picture and message was sent to my phone soon after making the appointment so I knew who was going to show up. He called before and gave me a 20 minute window for him to arrive and was on time. The advice, service and repair were so good and again, helpful, polite and personable. I will always suggest this company going forward.

I was impressed as the service technician (Steve Ray) had Precision call me 30 minutes prior to his arrival. The work was completed very professionally and Steve explained what was needed to fix the 2 doors of which I told him to go ahead. Steve is very knowledgeable of what needed to be done to fix the problem. What I was most impressed in was that Steve didn't try to over sell you and/or under sell you. He did give us some additional quotes on the pricing of new rollers in the event we wanted to replace them then or later, told him we would do them at a later time. Excellent employee in Steve Ray. I told Steve that I would put Precision Overhead Garage Door on our list of preferred vendor list as I'm in real-estate with Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate / Kansas City Homes. I had a spring break on my garage door, which was a very disturbing situation. I called Precision and they dispatched an incredible team to my house to fix my problem. London and Conner were awesome, and also checked out my other garage door springs and found them to be rusty and would certainly break in the near future...they repaired ALL my garage doors all in the same day. That allowed us to have peace of mind and not to be concerned about another dangerous garage spring breakage. Thank you for your very quick response and the quality Team that did an amazing job!!

I just had a great experience with Precision. My garage wasn’t opening consistently and had a dent in a panel from it coming down on my car. The technician came out immediately, diagnosed the problem quickly, fixed it within an hour and charged me a reasonable fee for the work. I initially was worried about paying a lot of money for repairs. Instead, I learned how Precision can get the job done both efficiently and cost-effectively. Precision Door installed a garage door and door opener for us in 2009. We’ve had no troubles since. Our exterior keypad was not working effectively in the cold weather and they replaced it with a new, working, keypad in 30 minutes. With our garage opener 15 years old, a new one is probably required in the near future. If so, we will definitely have precision door replace it. Great job by Connor Carl today.

Very happy with Precision services and technician Daray Ferguson. He arrived and we reviewed the issues and was able to quickly assess the changes and updates needed to resolve. as he was working to fix the initial issues, he brought to our attention structural items that were not correct and with approvals could be brought up to date and provide a more complete resolution. We are very happy with the final work and the garage door operates the smoothest it has ever been and seals with the garage eliminating some gaps which let in lots of cold air and smooth operation which should extend the life of our door opener. Highly recommend d Precision services!

Very nice young man, Conner Karl, was helpful explaining the cause of the problem with my remote opener and keypad. Explained why I was having theses problems. He talked to me about alternatives rather than replacing my garage door opener. After a informantive discussion with this young man, I decided it was best to replace my garage door opener because of its age. He was very helpful setting up the wi-fi connection for the opener as I don't get on ladders. I would highly recommend your company, especially this technician.
