What can I say. Terry Wilson and Eric Spikes did an Awesome Job!!! My garage door was in need of quite a bit of repair (springs, cables, drums, rollers, brackets...). They assessed the situation, weighted the door and then gave me their professional input and the rest is history. My garage door has NEVER worked this good. I was so impressed with their attitudes. Whatever management is doing, keep it up. I've never seen such happy employees. Great reflection of the company, their joy with the company and it is all reflected in their interface with the customer, which makes it great for us. Keep up the great work gents. Precision is my go to on garage door work for now on.

dear sir I normally don't fill out the questionnaires but the service that I received from your technician goes far beyond outstanding the young technician Terry who replaced the springs on my garage door was courteous informative and also went the extra mile by lubricating my other garage door and adjusting the track so the door fit tighter yes I would definitely choose you again.

This was the first time I used precision and service technician Terry was awesome! Very knowledgable, took the time to explain to my level what the problem was and quickly fixed it, went above and beyond , he helped me reset our pins, found out even our batteries for the outside openers were long dead- he replaced them! and shared maintenance tips for us to implement every 6 months. Thank you Terry for excellent service , I highly recommend precision for garage door issues . I give them a 5 star rating.

The lead guy was rude. Gets there at 4:30 and says - do you have coffee? My husband made a pot and then he asked for cream and sugar. Really? He couldn't have stopped at QT? He got snippy when the email receipt didn't come they the first time he tried it and he had to retype everything. The guy with him was very polite.

I sorry for your experience and i spoke to the tech. since something didn't sound right. After they arrived your husband asked it they would like a beverage and he said sure if you got coffee! ( being cold outside ) Our company has gone paperless for the most part and this new technology can be a little frustrating he meant no disrespect towards you and only his discomfort with his new ipad.

I love how friendly the staff was when I called with a million questions. I really love how I was put on the schedule really quickly and the tech called me with a specific time frame of when he was coming out. I also like how quickly he worked and all the options I was given.

Dave, Thank you so much for your help today and for taking the time to set me in the right direction. In my haste (& panic) to solve the problem with my door opener, I failed to stop and remember that it was 16 years old, and that the gears had already been replaced at least once before. Instead I just picked up the phone and called Precision Door Company. I really appreciate your concern for my situation, and for providing the best recommendation for me, not the one that would cost me the most money. You not only saved me from wasting your time, but you saved me from paying a $85 service call fee, just to have you tell me my opener was trashed and should really be replaced. You also gave me some great recommendations on the new openers that you sell, and warned me to stay away from the lower quality openers on the market. I appreciated all of your recommendations, and your honesty in your approach. I have purchased and installed several openers over the years, and so I am choosing to do some research and then purchase and install a replacement. If I find that I cannot do this on my own, you will be the first person & company I call. Thank you again for your honesty, and for doing business “the old fashioned way”, where the customer needs come first, not the products you need to sell. I set up an appointment for a repair. The crew arrived on schedule and after we talked over what my old door needed, I decided to order a new one. The crew was very professional and secured my old door so that it would be safe until the new door could be ordered and installed. The price of the new door was very reasonable.
