Terry was on time and one of the nicest and most knowledgeable servicemen I have ever met. He performed the work in an unbelievable time and explained everything that he had done afterwards. Very prompt and courteous. Gave us options to choose from without breaking the bank. We use our garage door more than the front door. After 12 years it was time. Ended up replacing the whole unit. More than one garage door remote included in the package would've been great, but I still think I made the right choice!

Michael was ahead of time and after a brief discussion as to the problem we were experiancing, he immediately got to work to diagnose the problem. He told us that the mother board in the motor unit had apparently been fried from electrical surge while we were on vacation. He could have fixed it but the unit was only 6 months old (from another company) and it should be looked at for warrenty replacement. He told us that if we were not satisfied with "the other company", that he would be more than glad to repair or replace the motor for us. He checked all of the rails that Precision had installed and made a couple of slight adjustments. We went to Precision after the "other company botched the install of a new track went awrye and they couldn't fix it for a month. Brian and his Precision team will be the only people to service our three garage doors after "the other company" replaces the motor. Thanks Mike for a professional service call.
