As a small business owner myself I am very critical of the way other business employees handle themselves while at my home. With that being said I am super impressed with the technicians (Daray) performance on my job. He was very courteous, knowledgeable and informative on all the work performed on my door. We have lived in our home for 10 years now and our door has never run as smooth and quiet as it does now. Thanks Precision Overhead Door and a big shout out to my man Daray for a job well done. All I can say is Precision better treat this tech with the highest respect or I may just swoop him up for my team.

Great experience from start to finish, from the late night call to the 24 hour assistance line to job being completed. One of our springs broke late night, the day after Christmas. As promised on the website, they had a tech onsite ready to do the repair in under 24 hours (12 hours to be exact). The Tech Andrew was very thorough, explained what needed to be repaired and also walked me through some preventative repairs/maintenance that would help the life of the whole door system without making me feel pressured. Thanks again for making this first experience a great one.

The company was very responsive to my request for a quote and the employees were very friendly etc...However, I went with a different company for the reasons listed below. I had requested a quote for two garage doors. One was a 7x16 door and the other was a 7x8 door. I received quotes from Precision and another reputable firm for the exact SAME doors. 1) the initial quote was $1,175 higher than another firm for the EXACT same door...mfr, style, color, glass, etc... 2) After no response from me for about a week due to having a much better quote, Precision door called me to let me know that they could do much better on the price. This was by “waiving” the $650 of installation fees. Then, they could greatly reduce the cost by making a color change. This got them to the same price as the other firm. Read on.... 3) What Precision door did not disclose was that the less expensive “color” was a much cheaper product because....the wood grain was in a single direction instead of bi-directional and the finish was painted as opposed to being a baked on finish. In the end, they got to the same price as another reputable firm that was providing a better product (better finish). Everything else about the product was the same...same mfr, same series of door, same glass, etc... Anyway, I went with the firm that was up front and didn’t play games. Very disappointed in the business tactics used by Precision...no business from me.

Love our new garage door opener, it is so quiet! Juanel came out to trouble shoot our opener, he informed us that it was time to consider a new one. I never felt pressured to purchase on the spot, but was happy to know that he had the time and equipment on site to get a new opener up and running. He was kind and so very curtious, I would highly recommend him to everyone!

Technician Gabriel called ahead that he was on his way and got to my house early! Great! He replaced the spring, rollers and lubed all necessary parts and was done in under an hour. Explained everything in detail how to lube the parts periodically. Very professional. I will definitely recommend Precision to anyone who needs garage door service.

Jesse Allen arrived on time and had all equipment to replace the broken garage door opener and then replaced the door rollers. They did a great job installing all equipment and setting codes. They cleaned up the area and hauled old parts away. They were very friendly and easy to work with. I would highly recommend them.

Initially was annoyed because my appointment was scheduled 6-8pm on a Saturday and got a call around 330 pm that the tech was 40 minutes from my house because he had a big job to do and was trying to get to everyone else beforehand. While I appreciate that effort, I'm not spending my day waiting around for a tech especially when I had a scheduled appointment. Oh well, tech showed up around 11pm and was pretty awesome and pretty quick to get my repair done.

Sean was a great guy with a terrible script. I don't need new rollers at $19 apiece on a 2 year old door. Don't need some Wi-Fi transmitter so a friend can get in to borrow a tool when we're in Mexico. Don't need to pay a $20 fee for gas and EPA disposal in addition to a trip fee. Don't need to pay $200 for sensors that I can buy for $40. Wasted $69 on a trip charge.
