Sean was a great guy with a terrible script. I don't need new rollers at $19 apiece on a 2 year old door. Don't need some Wi-Fi transmitter so a friend can get in to borrow a tool when we're in Mexico. Don't need to pay a $20 fee for gas and EPA disposal in addition to a trip fee. Don't need to pay $200 for sensors that I can buy for $40. Wasted $69 on a trip charge.

Devion came to repair our garage door on Monday. He first inspected the door and tracks. He was very professional and explained everything so even I could understand. Good price. Quick and professional installation. Door was in place two days after I called. Easy. Also, the installer showed me, and explained the safety cables that he installed beside the regular cables. I've never had those before and am really glad I have them now.

Dan Kemmerer came out and did an excellent job replacing our torsion springs on our garage. He was extremely thorough and took the time to do the job right. Terry was on time and one of the nicest and most knowledgeable servicemen I have ever met. He performed the work in an unbelievable time and explained everything that he had done afterwards. He gave us options on what we could do and prices for each option. We ended up with a total rebuild of our system and are glad we did it !

Had a new garage door opener installed Friday. Terry and his helper did an excellent cell entry job. Showed me how to program the keyless remote and did a overall great job. Cleaned up and took the old one away. I will definitely be a customer of Precision Door. Thanks for the great work!!!

I called on Sunday about a problem with my recently installed door. Precision had Mike out Monday morning to fix the problem. I like Precision because their installers are employees and not contractors. They deliver a stand up job and if there is a problem they show up on time to make it right!
